Paige, as usual, went out of her way to ensure everything that could possibly go wrong did not go wrong, and to ensure that all the easy things went perfectly. This is my third real estate transaction with her help and as usual it came off perfectly. Highly recommended.

Buyers (and Sellers) beware of the Porchlight Bailey Group. I have bought and sold 10 homes in my lifetime. Never before have I had such a horrible experience attempting to buy a home!! Rather than calming and reassuring the sellers, Ms. Bailey did everything in her power to get the elderly seller couple spun up and uncomfortable about what was a very reasonable offer. By continually playing two against the middle, Ms Bailey caused 3 (yes 3) buyers to withdraw offers, 2 of which were 100K over asking! Deal with these folks at your own risk!

If there were 10 stars I'd give them 11. I just sold my house in Denver and Chad Mendoza was my agent. What an amazing experience. I live out of the area, so it was important to me to have someone I trusted that instilled the trust and confidence I needed to do this from afar. Chad was always two steps ahead of things and navigated the entire process with ease. If I had any questions he answered them quickly and concisely. If you're considering buying or selling a home - choose Chad and PorchLight. You'll be glad you did.

This is our second time buying a house with PorchLight Real Estate Group and working with Ben Ellefson. Both times, we have been so grateful to have such a great team working with us. Ben is exceptional at what he does, and even better, he truly cares about us and the decision we make. He has guided us to make very good decisions for ourselves and for our future. He's honest, responsive, easy to work with, hard working, genuine, and just all around a good person. Buying and/or selling homes has to be one of the most stressful and heart-wrenching experiences during one's lifetime. And this time was no different. So when I had the opportunity to interview Chris Goodman and she arrived with a genuine heart of caring and providing the reassurance and energy I needed to feel from a sharp and knowledgeable agent, I knew she was the one! We worked with Shaylisa Turner to buy our first home, and she was awesome!! We thought we were just testing the waters and she did an amazing job showing us options within our budget and being honest about the good and the bad of the places we saw. Then, once we found a place we loved, she was fantastic with negotiating with the sellers and walking us through the process. We were able to get more than we could have hoped for through the negotiation process. She was incredibly responsive and communicative and we couldn't have asked for more! We are recommending Shaylisa to everyone we know who might be in the market.

My wife and I recently closed on our first home together on record time thanks to PorchLight, and our Agent, Ben. We were referred to Ben by friends who were not only satisfied with his exceptional service, but also knew how much we would appreciate working with an LGBTQ+ friendly and women-empowered real estate company!. We had no time or energy to work with a bad Agent, and upon taking our friends' advice, we were not disappointed. Ben is not only a problem-solver, but he has an engaging personality (very professional yet personable, charismatic, honest, reliable, and fun), and we absolutely enjoyed every minute in his presence (whether on the phone or in person). Ben actively listened to our needs, communicated quickly and regularly (often outside of contractual hours), and was very tactful in negotiating on our behalf with the seller. Ben was truly an "on-top-of-it" Agent. When we contacted him with the news that we had found "the" home that we absolutely NEEDED to have, he acted swiftly, and we had a draft contract to review the next day. Then, through his guidance, expertise, and determination, we acted before other buyers and made an offer that was immediately accepted by the seller. The PorchLight team is extremely organized and has the tools and resources to meet your closing deadline with absolutely no hiccups. In our case, we went under contract on 1/4/2023 and had the keys to our new home on 1/31/2023. Amazing! Honestly, we felt that we could not be in better hands. The entire experience was more fun and less stressful than we had ever imagined. We felt that Ben was 100% focused on us and that we were never competing for his time. We knew that he had our backs and that allowed us to to step back, breathe, and have fun! P.S., As part of the final touch of awesomeness, Ben left us a wonderful house warming gift and bottle of Champaign in our beautiful new home. It was a lovely surprise and we spared no time in celebrating the success of the entire experience! We absolutely recommend PorchLight Real Estate Group to anyone who wants "A Better Agent" and "A Better Experience".

I had the pleasure of working with Mary Gerwin at Porchlight to both sell and buy. The entire experience with Mary and her team was the best, by far. Mary knows the Denver market incredibly well. She strikes a great balance of providing data and experience while leaving the decisions to you. They do a great job prepping your home for sale to maximize the value, and Mary has great relationships to leverage for any fixes, updates, cleaning that needs to be done.There is no one else I will work with in the future, and I highly recommend Mary and the Porchlight group to anyone in Denver looking to sell and buy.

I recently listed my loft in Denver for sale with John Chrisbens of PorchLight Real Estate Group. I could not have had a better experience.
