My store started carrying this brand and my first try was chorizo. Me and my father both agree it's the best ever. Then tried there Italian and my Italian mother said it reminded her of her mother. Since then I've tried them all they consistently the best.

Polidori Sausage is the oldest family owned sausage manufacturer in Colorado. for 95 years, we have been making the same authentic heirloom sausage that our Great Grandmother Anna Polidori used to make. We produce Monday-Friday out of our plant at 3800 Dahlia St, but we do not sell from this location. You can find us online, or at retailers like Safeway, King Soopers, City Market, Leevers Locavore, or Spinelli's. You can also find us on the menu at many restaurants across Colorado!
