They damaged a table because the delivery guy dumped it outside in front of the garage. The table was damaged as a result of this "white glove service." I have been trying to get my replacement table delivered for two months and they still cannot guarantee a delivery time because they have to wait to see if it snows. Living Spaces outsources to Pilot as their delivery company but they that can't get their trucks to the mountains. Pilot has given me the runaround, lied, and has left me with a damaged table. How can you possibly be a Colorado Logistics Company and not have the proper equipment to do your job? How have you missed that there is snow in the mountains pretty much all winter long?

I ordered an item from Home Depot not knowing that Pilot Freight would be delivered the item. I ordered the item on 30-December-2023. The item was supposed to arrive on Thursday 11-January-2024. It’s now Sunday 14-January-2024 and my item still hasn’t arrived. This will be the last time I order something online through Home Depot is they use Pilot Freight as their delivery service.

What a joke. Been waiting for 14 days and then I come home from work early since my item is supposed to be delivered and apparently I “refused” the delivery. Please stop using cheap companies like this and just use fedex or ups.

Awful delivery service. I had a rather large butcher block counter top delivered by this company yesterday and I am not happy about how they went about it at all. They left it in the middle of my driveway next to the road. I get that it’s heavy and difficult to maneuver but they didn’t even bother to ring the door bell to let me know it was there.

Seems to be a familiar trend given the multitude of other reviews here, but this is the biggest joke of a logistics company I've ever seen. I could do a better job my myself with my pickup truck.Item was ordered in late November. Delivery estimate was early December.Once a week past the delivery estimate we started calling. The first excuse was that it was still on its way from California. Second excuse was the same. Then they didn't know where it was. Then they "found" it on their loading dock and scheduled a delivery for earlier this week. Never came. Called again. They said their truck broke down, but made no attempt to contact their customers to let them know their deliveries would be late. Then we were told they got a new truck and that it would be delivered the following day "between 8 and 10pm". That never happened. Then they said it would be delievered "before 10am" the following day. That day is today. And I'm here typing this now at 1pm. I finally just got a call that they'd be here in an hour, and I have almost no confidence that our item will arrive undamaged.We had to rearrange our entire schedules every day for almost a full week to wait for these clowns to not do their job.Highly incompetent.The only person who did a good job was the weekend support representative who expended a lot of effort attempt to track down where our order was. Everyone else at this company needs to find a new career.

Worst company for shipping.my shipment was due three weeks ago. Called customer service and after waiting 20 minutes the woman was transferring me and got disconnected. Second call I did not get any answers other than they are backed up. Home Depot orderd another cabinet and that too Ipsy. I’m told it’s in Ontario, 100 miles from me and just sitting there.Pitiful customer service and shipping g sucks too. Still do t have my package.Home Depot stop using this company to ship. They suxk

They didnt call the night before to set a time like every other freight delivery ive ever had deliver me goods. They just dumped the 350lbs safe in my driveway and dipped off.It was due on the 21st and i wouldve been home. Instead, they randomly texted me on the 16th to indroduce themself as Samuel and said theyll be there to drop off the safe in 10 minutes. I immediately responsed and said Im not home, can you come tomorrow? Of course i got no response. When i arrived home from work the Safe was in my driveway, box ripped open, bottom of the safe all scratched.I called to return the safe and have them come pick it up because 1. Its all damaged and 2. How do they think im gonna bring a 350lb safe inside? Imbeciles… what a waste of time.

Pilot Freight has been an absolute nightmare to deal with on a recent shipment. They are blaming weather for a 16 day shipment delay, for a shipment from Nevada to Colorado. Customer service in general is not helpful (though those that I have spoke with have been very nice), I keep getting conflicting information but no results. 10/10 would NOT recommend Pilot for any sort of logistics.

I wish that I could give zero stars and leave a review. I had a return of a large item to Amazon and they used Pilot to pick it up. The guys who came didn't give me any papers with tracking or anything to show they picked it up, I asked and they said I'd get an email once they returned to the shipping place. No email that day or they next day. I called and the man I spoke with was able to find my shipment, said he'd email me and told me the date my return should be received. Again, I never got an email, so I waited to see if Amazon would show the return, it should have been yesterday, and they do not have it. I call Pilot again, explain everything, and now they can't find me in the system. After speaking with Ling (sp), who seemed very confused, answering the same question no less than 5 times, and being on hold for way too long - this all took over 20 minutes, I was transferred to a supervisor, Stephanie. She could not find me either and was going to transfer me to the station near me in Denver, but they were having technical issues and not answering their phones today...of course!I called Amazon and they gave me the refund and will deal with Pilot. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE PILOT, they seem to be very unorganized and just not helpful. It was all frustrating.

Like everyone else has complained about. They called me on Friday and said they would deliver the coming Tuesday between 8-12. I tool the morning off and they never showed up. I tried calling customer service and nobody answers and was forced to leave a voicemail however they do not return calls.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST This company is the absolute worst! No alignment with Amazon at all. Trying to get a TV picked up has cost me literally thousands of dollars dealing with calls back and forth between Amazon and you. It's caused me to take 1/2 days off work and used up vacation time. I can't f&*(&$ing believe the mess created and how much it has cost me.

missed an unexpected delivery, since then the website hasn't accepted my information, request for delivery, or anything else on that site. Even providing feedback had issues due to the State section bugging out. Then I tried calling and despite selecting the request for a representative, it was just a loop of the bot.Fortunately, a rep reached out via email and cleared up the contact information. My cell provider also forwards the number as spam and doesn't allow the call to come thru and instead sends them to voicemail.

I’m not someone to be writing a review but these people were really nice with me, they helped me with every need I needed from my package. My package came with no hits or dings, everything super professional and like I said really cool people
