Customer service is lacking. I was in the store just after it opened and the employees were inattentive if not openly hostile when I requested certain sizes. One employee pulled the incorrect shoe for me (guess trying on was out of the question…good thing I checked the box) and didn’t even bother getting the requested belt size. The other employee was more helpful once he finished assisting people who arrived after I did. I ultimately spent $900 but I put several items back that I’ll purchase online. Also, why the surprise by the employee to find that I’m a Peter Millar customer in the database?

Store manager, Rudee fixed an error made during an in-store purchase. Long story short, the sales associate made an error during initial purchase. He may just have been having an off day, but still I wasn't happy with the mistake. I called in to discuss the error and the associate who answered the phone tried to make the error right, but didn't have the authority. She was super polite and it was clear she wasn't going to let the error go until it was made right by me. She offered to escalate to her manager. Less than 5 minutes after that call I get a call from Rudi who went above and beyond to make things right. The clothes are fine, but it's getting the type of exceptional care that Rudi and her associate provided which make for repeat business. Definitely be shopping with Peter Millar again. People like this need to be in leadership roles.

Peter Millar is an awesome brand with great quality clothes, but the staff at this store is even better. Somehow they remembered my name after 1 time shopping there. There was a small mix up with the hemming, they rushed the pants to the tailor same day, and brought the pants to my work to the next day. Their service is top notch, I'd highly recommend shopping here!

If you were born after 1965 good luck getting any attention in the shop. Multiple people are “supposed to be serving customers” however if you don’t fit the target customer you better be high maintenance or else you can walk around the store aimlessly accumulating items and they won’t care. Real shame since the products are quality.
