Worst grooming experience. My dog was feeling ill last time I came and they made me come pick her up because she wouldn’t come out of the kennel. I was told by the last gal who was helping to book an 8am slot so that we could potentially not have to put her in the kennel. Fast forward two weeks later, I booked a 8am appointment on October 18th. MANDY the red head front desk lady, already in a grumpy mood and you can tell she hates her job was rude from the jump. I explained the situation that happened last time and she started arguing it would be a V.I.P appointment and I told her they didn’t say that to me last time. She continues arguing and said we would have to rebook. I told her (piper) my dog had been here plenty of times before. She was mad she had to groom. So I sat in the parking lot, 10 minutes later and got a call to come pick up my aggressive dog. I walk in and she said I’m going to need you to come back her to get her because she growling. I open the kennel door, because she refused to help and piper came right out. I told her she’s not aggressive and that dogs do this. She told me that me and my dog are no longer welcome here and slammed the little door behind me. She is rude and very unprofessional. I hope she understands this is not right and to treat someone like that is CRAZY.

Everything about this petco is fine and all except for the fish department where it seems all the fish are awfully neglected ( the photos speak for themselves)

I got sick and was in the hospital for over a week my son lost a lot of work I called and asked if they had any open bags or anything cuz I have two dogs that they could donate the manager was very snide treating me like I had no place in this planet and he said we donate those to specific places well I bought food from there when I was well I will never buy food from there again and I hope they're specific places really do get dog food because they're only a couple of places that you can get dog food from he could have helped but he chose to be a snide jerk about it will never shop there again lost a customer

I wish my grooming experience was better. I have a husky and he needed a good de-shedding and trim. Thought that's what I paid for 4.5 hours later. Naw just a bath and brush. Smh yeah !! He clean tho !

Tried to go back to this location one more time and I wish I could negatively rate this store! You're manager literally told me that the staff in the fish section were rude to me because " THEY HAD OTHER STUFF THEY NEEDED TO DO" all I asked for were extra small crickets. ... Wow. Absolutely horrible service at this location. Staff needs to be completely replaced!!!!
Went from five stars to 1 . Lately it seems like it's been nothing but horrible interactions with your staff. From staff members ignoring you, or being blatantly rude when you ask a question, because you interrupted them while they were ON THEIR PHONES. I keep seeming to have issues with anyone working in the fish section, and it's getting annoying.
Whoever the manager is needs to talk to their staff, because Petco is not cheap and the people who come in are spending good money! Staff needs to realize that people who go in there spend good money, and need to be treated respectfully.

Purchased many fish from this location, the last fish purchase were infested with ich and made my other established fish die off. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and many fish have flourished but some also hadn’t more less, the fish with the ich was the last straw. There is also only one employee that actually works here , the rest are lazy and rude. I’m done .

The grooming at this location is the best in the area! I’ve had multiple different groomers cut my cocker spaniels hair, and they ALL have done a fabulous job. They also have a great selection of toys and treats!

I really hope i get her name right but lola was so helpful. I got a cat today and she gave me real reviews for stuff she personally uses for her cats and she helped me through my entire experience!

Had my senior lab/aussie mix for grooming here a year ago. Hes normally the picture of a happy go lucky dog. He never meets a stranger, and absolutely loves taking baths and getting brushed. We picked up our dog who was visibly scared and shaking. He normally loves getting groomed and we've never had a single complaint but this time the girl told us that he was aggressive and snapped at her. I said like i said when i dropped him off, he doesnt like his tail messed with and he might be a little vocal about that but he's never snapped at anyone in his life. She proceeded to argue and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I got my dog into the car and he wouldnt get off of me. He didnt want to leave my wife and my side he was so scared. I was so upset, I went back inside and told her that I felt like she had abused my dog because of the way he was acting and I wanted to know what she did. She again tried to make me feel like I had done something wrong so I told her she needed to find a new profession if she cant handle other peoples pets with care.
Fast forward to today. We are trying to book an appointment at another location and apparently our 12yo dog is now labeled as an aggressive dog in the Petco system and cant be seen anywhere else. After reading all the other reviews from here around that time I can tell they are all talking about the same girl. I really hopes shes been fired by now but shes obviously ruined the experience forever for many of the customers that were seen here. This is 100% due to bad management and ignorance.

Omg Elias is the best!!!! They were super helpful with my guinea pigs and they recommended all the best food and toys for them. I have never seen my pets so happy. This person clearly knows what they are doing. Hire more people like them!
