Prices are great but I had ordered a part from them Saturday morning and was on the way to pick it up. When I got there at 12:15 on Saturday (within operating hours) their door was locked, lights off and no one answering the phone. I had let them know I was going to be picking it up as I had a customer that needed the vehicle back the same day. This was a huge set back for my company as now the customer is having it taken somewhere else. This was a big waste of my time and gasoline.

Not open during posted Saturday hours. Found a koyorad with same day delivery for $50 cheaper. Shop around much better places to do business with.

This place is a joke, the guy that says he runs the Denver office, Adrian, sleeps on the job with customers walking in and out of the building, he uses vulgar language to customers and other employees. The best part is management knows he sleeps at his desk and leaves all the money and parts accessable for anyone to come in and grab.so if you want some free parts or some free money just wait for him to fall asleep and you have it made .

Almost all the big parts stores such as Napa, AutoZone and O'Reilly's Auto parts all buy the radiators they stick from performance Radiator. So cut out the middle man and save a bunch of money and as always, they have a lifetime warranty.

Had a horrible experience. I took my 1950 cars radiator for a quote, when they gave me a quote, I declined them fixing it and that I would go at a later day to get it. When I went to pick up they had sent it out to get the work done Without My approval. I told them I DID NOT APPROVE and that I needed my radiator back. They gave me the radiator back in pieces.Needless to say after like 2 months of playing phone tag and manager not being there and NO ONE KNOWING where my radiator was. Was a BIG HUGE MISTAKE TAKING MY RADIATOR THERE.
