The last two times I’ve gotten my prescription refilled there, it’s taken them a week. They say it takes 3 to 4 business days. The first time, they apologized. This last time, I called in my refill on a Sunday and when it wasn’t ready by the following Friday, they tried to convince me that it had not been 3 to 4 business days and that it would be ready on Monday, a week later. They were then very rude and gave me serious attitude when I tried to argue with them that 3 to 4 business days would mean that it should be done by Thursday or Friday at the latest.

My order was not sent to the correct location. So I called and spoke to Chris about it. She was so helpful and so kind. She made it right and shipped it out immediately. I received it the next day. She also took the time to answer some medical questions I had about administering my medication correctly. Very grateful to you Chris thank you.Sandra

I am revising my previous review. After leaving a review Cheryl reached out to me right away and sincerely apologized regarding my experience. They offered to help me and there are very few companies that will do that in my experience. This is a company I would definitely recommend given that level of caring and support to ensure an exceptional level of service. Thank you Cheryl!

Nate F. has been my pharmacist for a few years now . He has been an invaluable asset to my care team. He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas as well as age groups from young children to elderly with Alzheimer’s/ dementia. He always listens and doesn’t make me feel rushed. He thoroughly explains the medications and any potential side effects/interactions. If there is an unresolved side effect he will go the extra mile to figure it out. He also will send additional literature on a topic I want a better understanding/ history on. Nate is passionate about his career and I am very grateful he is my pharmacist.

Pencol is great! They always get my prescriptions in a timely manner. Brianna was great also, she made this process very smooth!

Staff has attitude constantly and doesn’t do anything to resolve their mistakes with any sort of decorum which escalates the frustration to the patient and makes us feel helpless. Unfortunately I’ll be switching due to the staff and the constant mix ups that happen here.

Completely rude and unproffesional staff on the phone and in person. It’s unbelievable the way they speak to people. They don’t call you when your order is ready either. Overpriced. Will be switching immediately.

Sadly, I've decided not to use Pencol anymore. Was put on LDN for systemic inflammation and the first dose and experience was great. Went back for a refill and my psych switched me from 1mg/1ml to 2mg/1ml. A week went by with no call, turns out they were out. Hung on with pain and brain fog for a week. Managed to get the refill the day before Thanksgiving and the mix was completely ineffective. We're not sure if they mixed 2ml to 1mg or if the naltrexone even made it in. After another week and a half of feeling wretched, my medical team decided to get me 50mg pills for a $5 copay and mix it myself. Half an hour after I did that, I finally feel relief.Mistakes happen and we're all trying to work in the apocalypse understaffed with half the world sick and supply chains busted. I'm just at the point where I have to do quality control myself.
