Wow!!! We ordered an awesome pair of Lems Summit Boots from Pedestrian Shops. My husband LOVED the boots (HIGHLY recommend) and they have been his workhorse shoes since buying them. But unfortunately, pretty much since he very first got them they had something wrong with them. I sent an email with photos asking if there was anything that could be done, thinking they may recommend a shoe glue or something, and they sent an entirely new pair. Can’t believe it. Will be so glad and eager to do business with them again.

My acupuncturist recommended the Lems shoe for a wider toe box without the compromise in style, and while I found a shoe I loved online, it was sold out in my size. Fortunately this particular shop had a single pair left in stock! I was leaving for Scotland in two day's time and had planned to do some hiking while I was there, so I knew I needed a brand that stood out for both its quality and comfort. The manager on site answered every question I had and quenched any concern about sizing, when it came to the addition of toe spacers and inserts. Would absolutely recommend this store.

I used to love going here until my last visit. Great selection of shoes but, very rude older man who was working made it an uncomfortable experience. He made me feel like I knew nothing about a brand of shoe I have many pairs in at home when I asked about sizing and if they have it in stock. Unfortunately, will not be going here due to customer service.

Needed some new Birkenstock sandals, and I wanted to shop local, so I tried this place out. Walking in I was warmly greeted by a wonderful display of shoes. Then a nice person came up to me to see if I needed assistance. They had me in my desired shoes in no time. I also had questions about minimalist foot wear and they were very well versed, explaining how to go about the transition and pointing out various brands. The prices are in line with the market and they price match. Plus they have a frequent shopper program. Support Local and shop here. I know I will! PS. This store is in a fun neighborhood surrounded by various restaurants, Denver Brew Co, and shops.

Visiting Denver for the first time, ended up bringing the wrong shoes for walking several miles a day up and down hills around the city. Small but very well-curated shop. The young man who helped me was on point with his product knowledge but didn't info dump as he asked questions about what I was looking for and what I was used to. He lead me through trying on several styles of several brands and ended up with a pair from a local brand that I I've quickly fallen in love with. 10/10 would recommend.

They were super helpful in helping me fit my pair of Birkenstocks! They were very attentive to everyone in the shop even while busy, and we were in and out quick with a well fit pair sandals.

Great selection of quality shoes. Cat helped us and made sure that we loved our shoes before we left. The level of customer service was incredible. I learned a lot of things to keep my feet happy, very happy that we stopped in here. They’re dog friendly as well, which was helpful during our road trip.
