I purchased a pipe as an engagement gift for my fiancé. It was beautiful but after a few uses we noticed a crack in the bowl that got larger while in use. I reached out to Paykoc to see what could be done, and Allan responded right away. He requested that we return the pipe for a replacement of something similar. After return, we received the new piece 2 days later, and it’s just as beautiful as the original. It was really important to me that my fiancé be able to actually use the pipe, and Allan was extremely helpful and gracious with our request for replacement. 10/10, would recommend.
