Paws n play is the best! I love how they care about what is in the products they sell. The staff is always knowledgeable about the products too. They have the cutest toys for dogs, always festive. We especially love their self service dog wash stations. The shampoo and conditioner comes out of the water pipes which makes it so easy to lather your big dog.

A great place to go for your pet that is not named Petco or Petsmart. Lots of unique and specialized items there along with dog washes that allow appointments in advance.

A great North End neighborhood pet store. Their price is competitive with Chewy and PetSmart. Owner and staff are professional and friendly. We enjoy their community events, and the self washing dog station is convenient and easy to use.

It was such a pleasant surprise, as we did not know that Paws 'n' Play existed before driving by the area yesterday, and we found it to be a terrific option for our dog's snacks, food, apparel, and treats!There is parking outside the store, easily accessible along 56th Avenue. And this store has a lot of interior space and kind staff who know their product. We bought some snack items for our four-legged furry friend, and she has loved them thus far! Gratitude for the store's cleanliness and layout.

They do a great job of hosting events that encourage the community to attend. The owner / staff at the store are very thoughtful and friendly. I really appreciate their amazing support of Big Bones Canine Rescue, which is the rescue that my son and I foster for.

Boy do we ever love Paws’n’Play, Beeler Park, for our cockapoo Frida Mae.. From the healthy dog food selections, to the treats and healthy dog chews, recommended by their excellent staff and operations manager, Bernie Turnmeyer.. we are able to give our pet everything she needs to maintain her wellness and her joy!! Thank you Paws ‘ n ‘ Play!! You all are a 10!!

This place is a little small, I wish they had more space just so they could carry more amazing things! They carry a lot of great brands and the staff is super friendly!

Customer service is terrible, I've been hung up on constantly. People will not answer the phone. And I've been lied to constantly. The way these employers carry themselves is terrible and do not belong in any customer service position. I've repeatedly tried to call the store for three days just to get hung up on and ignored.

All 4 of my dogs and my cat love going to the store and picking out their favorite things. The wash room is the greatest, we get to leave the all the furr&dirt there.
