This place has some of the worst customer service I purchased a receiver inbox Yamaha for $195.95. I brought it back repeatedly and it still doesn’t work. The assistant manager was no help. I’m giving this place an F for products.

Such a friendly and helpful family staff! I made phone calls before pawing a few things and they gave me the best offer on everything I had to sell. Let me save you time and agony and let you know they are hands down going to give you the best deal!!! Bonus points for the cute pup hanging out too!

After all the great reviews I read on here, I was excited to come check out this place. 1. Was not greeted upon entering the store. 2. They were playing Mexican music in the background extremely loud. Do not get me wrong here, I am of Mexican descend myself so loud Mexican music to me is actually quite enjoyable. But never in a professional environment, specially music with extremely foul and degrading lyrics. Call me old or whatever but in my opinion, this kind of environment is not welcoming at all to any kind of customer who walks in the door. Last but not least 3. The most important reason for taking the time on here to write this review; I brought in a 14kt gold, 1ct canary (yellow) diamond with two .5ct clear white diamonds on each side and the young girl that assisted me proceeded to weigh the gold and without even looking at the diamonds offered me $80. Eighty dollars? I asked.. and she said YES. I then asked her, you do know that’s 2ct total wt diamond ring right? And she responded by saying “yes I know, it’s a yellow diamond, I can give you $80 for it” I also had quite a few other items with me that I didn’t even end up bothering taking them out and just said thanks but no thanks! And before wasting anymore of each others time, I went down the road to the so called “corporate store” competition and quickly borrowed the $2000 I was looking for without any hassle at all. Also, not to make this review any longer than it needs to I must warn others; they have high-end luxury brand bags for sale there such as LVs and while she was weighing my ring I asked her if they used a certified place that guarantees the authenticity of such bags and her response to me was “No, we do what we can but a receipt of purchase helps us” .. listen I may not be the brightest color in the crayon box but common sense to me says - you should never trust ONLY receipts of luxury brand name bags as proof of authenticity ? another major let down for me because as I was standing there waiting I just kept telling myself I’d be coming back for one of them babies.. but after hearing that response, hell to the no am I spending big bucks on a bag that might or might not be the real deal after all ??♀️

I had never been to a pawn shop before and had excellent experience - greeted, helped immediately even with a few others already in the store, and was given a really nice intro to the process of selling and pawning selling a piece of jewelry no longer wanted. Really great selection of items available and you can see they all at the counter want to help their customers and community. Thanks for a great first visit, I’ll be back again when needed!

Customer service was phenomenal, and they greeted me. They offered me a far better deal on the equipment I brought in to sell than the pawn shop across the street. They also have a very large selection of merchandise, and the store is very clean.

This place is a scam I went to two different pawn shops only went to this cause of better price offer. They so called tested my ps4 and messed it up. Original priced for 60 then tried to give me 40 for it.

They’ll smile in your face while offering crazy low ball prices that will straight up insult your intelligence. I know it’s a pawn shop, but wow! Never ever again, don’t recommend this place.
