It was nice to enjoy a show in an intimate environment

The Paramount Theatre is a cozy music venue! Instead of looking like a modern concert hall, the classic look and intimate setting makes it the perfect place to see a concert without being stuck in the nosebleeds, regardless of where you are sitting! The only downside is that the comfortable theatre seating doesn't stretch to the front of the stage area. Metal chairs aren't ideal for longer shows. I need to mention that it was also freezing in there for the show our party went to see, which I'm assuming, isn't a regular thing. The Brian Culbertson concert was amazing!

Old decor on theatre ceiling and walls is amazing. Acoustics ate great. Could clean up and refurbish lobbies.

Not a bad seat in the place! Makes the shows a little more intimate. The interior could really use an update, though.

This used to be a great place to see a concert. That day has long passed. I attended a concert at the Paramount last night. The building is quite small and in various stages of disrepair. The staff is rude. The worst part is the seating in the front section nearest to the stage. Simply stated - the front section seating is ridiculously small and horribly uncomfortable for even people of average size. Whoever owns the Paramount needs to make some real improvements or I have no interest in ever seeing a concert here again no matter who may be performing. It is easily the worst indoor venue I've ever watched a concert.

Whoever owns is not putting much, if any, money into making sure their venue is comfortable. We spent good money to freeze and sit in folding chairs. I’ve been more comfortable at outdoor venues where I can bring my own chairs & blankets.

$80 for 2 shots and 2 beers is quite ridiculous.

Its Downtown, we got complimentary parking via tickets to the event, then just a quick walk & your there. They do have a bar, did not have to wait very long, but limited to wine & cans. The theater was beautiful. Sound/acoustics was on point. I highly recommend this venue.

Customer service here is nonexistent to say the least. I attended a show there nearly 3 weeks ago at which time I lost a pair of prescription glasses. I have emailed the venue three times. I have called the venue and left a message and I have messaged the venue on Facebook, I have only heard back from somebody on messenger to tell me I need to email the lost and found email address given. I’m still waiting and have no received a response . I think it’s ridiculous to not be able to got to the venue and be able to look through a lost and found like you can at almost any other business. And the amount of time waiting for a response is unacceptable
