We have been in contact with this business for about a month now to have our two dogs cared for while we are away for our wedding. We drove two hours to tour the facility. We made a two week long reservation on the spot and the manager let us know it was standard to do a a couple trial days before a longer term stay. We were quoted for over $3000. A little pricey, but it sounded like it was going to be a great fit for our needs. A few weeks later, we have our profile set up and provide all the required info/records. We give them a call and ask to do one of the trial days. We ask if there was a specific timeframe for pickup/dropoff and were told it was any 12 hour timeframe. We arrange to do a 6pm drop off with a 6am pick up the following morning. During drop off, we go over everything at the front desk and at this point, this trial day is still "free". The next morning during pickup, my fiance is told by a different staff member that because it was an overnight stay it would be $130 per dog. The issue is we had prearranged the 6pm-6am stay. Had they said it wouldn't count as a trial, we would have adjusted our schedule to meet the trial requirement. We drove two hours and got ourselves a hotel room for this specific reason and still ended up paying for a trial that was supposed to be free. Additionally, when my fiance arrived for pickup he had asked for our dogs by name. One of our dog's name is Ace. They told us there was no dog by that name, but there was one named Ape. For a luxury service that is supposed to cost us over $3k for a two week stay, only for them to get his name wrong and not be tracking him is pretty disappointing. At this point, I don't think we'll end up using them anymore.

We moved from Dallas and used the Wag Hotel and now in Denver. Both are awesome. Our dog loves it there. Staff is great and facility is always clean.

We have been long customers for 3/4 years now . We were there before they switched from pets paradise . Pet paradise gave a great discounts b Because we were regulars. We have two pit bulls that everyone was familiar with . They were helping us transition our dogs to play with other dogs. Our dogs only grew up around each other so introducing them to new dogs was a challenge. Pet paradise ease that for us. When wags hotel took over Nobody knew anything. There wasn’t even training available. The last time did it for me when we came in to get our dogs and the reception said everyone was afraid of our dogs but her. She said when she went in to greet them, they were so cute and cuddly. She even kept them upfront occasionally with her. Bless her whoever she was. But everyone else shame on you. We finally found a new place and let me explain the price difference. For four days at wags, the dogs are considered needing specialty care so on top of a $500 bill we have an additional $600 bill for the specialty care. The only thing specialty care covers is the dogs going out at a separate time, then the other dogs. We booked a place around the corner from wags hotel and with the same issues same set up we are only paying $400. The kicker is that they have a pool they have training and specialty care is not an up charge. When I mentioned to this new place about the specialty care situation, and the reason we may need it, she giggled and said we can handle it. Sold. It’s really unfortunate that we have to move places, but my suggestion is reasonable prices in this economy, and perhaps a little bit more training. Perhaps acknowledge the people that’s been there for years or even possibly remembering our dogs because they’ve been there many times. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer. I’m sure it won’t bother you, but I just need to express our view.

Excellent all around! Highly recommend! One of our pups has only ever boarded in an in-home setting and the other has never boarded. He has high anxiety and I was so anxious myself about boarding him but everything went off without a hitch. We had booked a week long reservation at another facility who reluctantly allowed us to view the kennels and we knew it was not going to work for our bigger pup so we called to check last minute availability at WagHotels. The customer service rep suggested we take a tour of the facility so we headed straight there. Charlotte gave us a tour on the spot with no hesitation, set proper expectations for their stay, went over all of our options and got us booked for the next day for a week stay. The accommodations were great and I especially liked the fact that we could view our fur babies on the webcam. Our anxious pup can be a handful, he can be high energy and as a short, stocky 80lb bulldog I wasn’t sure what to expect at check-in but it was seamless. Unfortunately, I forgot the gentleman’s name that checked us in to give him credit. Anyways, we enrolled him in the specialized care program since he has only been with other pups under a professional trainer’s supervision. Since we were able too check in on our pups with the webcam, we noticed two employees in particular that did a really great job with Winston. Both Lexi and Joshua spent their time with him making sure he got some exercise and one-on-one time. They both did a great job of engaging with him, showing him love and giving lots of belly rubs. I was so relieved as it’s stressful leaving your pups in someone’s care for the first time and for an extended period of time. I’m very grateful to have discovered WagHotels and will not hesitate to send our furbabies there in the future. We haven’t traveled without them for four years so it’s a relief to know we now have a place for them to stay and know they will be well taken care of.An added bonus was the fact that we can drop off on the way to the airport, pick them up on arrival and park and take the shuttle. It was SO convenient!

This place was amazing! It was my first time leaving my puppy and they made the whole process super easy. They gave her so much love, she didn't seemed stress or anything when I picked her up. It was nice having access to the cameras at all times. The facility is cleaned multiple times throughout the day.

Couldn’t be happier with the ease and comfort of services provided by Wag! The convenience of airport parking and shuttle are welcome benefits on a busy travel day.

My dog loves it - he runs right in the door and then wants to go back and play. I like it because it’s clean, convenient and the staff is super. I also love that it’s 24 hours, so someone is there all the time for safety and I can drop off or pick up the dog at odd hours based on my flights and work.

My dog has separation anxiety and because of that I hate having to board him. After his first stay (7 day boarding) I was nervous to pick him up. Of course he was happy to see me but he was also saying his goodbyes to the staff as I was checking out.Best things about this place:Flexible drop off times.Friendly staff.Daily update pictures.Camera to check in during play time.I don't have any complaints. But honestly I think it's a fair price for the service and flexibility of airport drop offs!

Perfect location by airport and next to Pikes Peak parking lot ($8 a night) making it easy to drop-off and pick-up after flying. Also, huge plus that they are open 24/7 and any staff I met/talked to was very kind. I enjoyed having an in-suite camera and watching my dog interact with the dogs in the energetic playgroup. I definitely will be boarding my dog again at Wags Hotel due to having such a pleasant experience. I received daily updates with pictures 3/6 days, which is why I did not rate Wags Hotel 5 stars. I did enjoy receiving a report card at the end and utilizing the discounts they offer was very easy. Highly recommend!

Our dog seemed to enjoy his stay! Ate just fine and got one on one time every day. The best part was getting “memories” or pictures, and often. It really put our mind at ease. Will be returning again!
