3.5 ⭐️I was very excited to learn that this place is within walking distance for me as I ship pre-paid USPS & UPS packages fairly regularly. The women working there greeted me with a smile, were friendly enough and I was in & out quickly. I deducted two stars because my time-sensitive USPS package took a full 48 hours to start tracking, which was two days later than my client was promised. I’m assuming this delay was due to it being in the heart the holiday shipping season, so I will definitely give them another try and hopefully adjust my starts a little higher. In the meantime, I’ll just stick to the post office for time-sensitive packages that need to be shipped immediately.

Great place for shipping. They are vey courteous and helpful. They manage the space well and also have birds. You can take your dogs in. They are so quick and any you be in there for less than a minute.

The old lady here is rude… she couldn’t hand me my packages and walked to the back. Why hire old people if they can’t be nice in their last moments of life smh

The lady at the desk (sorry, I forgot her name) was so helpful. I had gotten a package delivered but wasn't able to get it in time for my trip. She helped me get the package back. Will definitely be recommending this service and will be reusing it myself again.

always quick with a smile, helpful advice and going the extra mile without asking. been to a lot of places for mail. this one is the least hassle and friendliest service for mailing boxes to hosting a box to receive all sorts of mail. UPS, FedEx and of course USPS

Fast, congenial and courteous service for my DHL drop-off. Easy to get to. Quick friendly and inviting place. It was observed that they offer an array of shipping options. Although I offered to tape up my parcel myself with my tape, they cordially did it for me.

The lady that works there is rude and treats customers like they are an inconvenience. We were waiting on a package to arrive and unfortunately UPS routed it to this location, so it was delayed. There was however a nice, helpful man that checked on my delivery earlier that day.

All of the poor reviews for this location are literally 4-6 years old. To speak to the current experience: the staff here are extremely professional, prompt, and organized. I've really appreciated the service they provide and would highly recommend if you need to send or receive packages here. They can also print documents if you need that. I feel safer accepting packages here than leaving them on an unprotected doorstep, as many couriers seem want to do. Package theft is no longer an issue.

Ask for a guy named dexter. Most polite and hard working staff. Its been a year or so i have been using their services. Flawless.
