Ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants online for Black Friday, same day delivery. it’s been 2 weeks still hasn’t shown up, it told me it was going to be delivered last night and now it’s saying my order is in a different state. Don’t trust this place.

My goodness, I visit this place at least once a week and every single time it’s set up differently and cleverly with employees greeting me at the door and asking if I need help finding anything specific. The customer service is just unparalleled. They really do give you honest advice on if something would look good or not. if it’s not a flattering look for you they’re not going to recommend it but if something does look good, they will 100% support you in it.

Not sure why the other reviews are coming from salty people BUT here’s a positive one. I never leave reviews anywhere but tonight was the second time at this location in less than two weeks. Both times I left more than satisfied. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and I had a great experience!! The first time I was helped by a young gentleman, I believe he is one of the managers (I can’t remember his name sorry) and today Shayla resolved another issue that I came across while ordering online. Honestly the whole staff was friendly both times. Thanks guys ♥️

I just recently ordered a pair of shorts from pacsun for same day delivery. i ordered early in the morning to make sure that they would get to me on time. it got to 7 pm and they still had not shown up. i called pacsun and found out the reason they had not been delivered was because no one packed it at the store and they would not get to me that day mind you i payed 15.00 extra dollars for delivery. i ended up driving to the store because i needed the shorts for a vacation i was leaving for the next day, i came in and the staff was rude and in no way apologetic. while i was picking up my shorts i found a cute tank top and decided to purchase it. i got home and the security tag was left on the tank top. i drove a long way to get my order to be treated with disrespect and sent home with a security tag that i cannot get off and not have to take into store AGAIN. i have been trying to reach customer service which is not easy to get my 12.00 delivery fee refunded. i do not recommend shopping at this store

This is the best store ever especially for this worker named Myra she was very helpful and such a great worker she saved my life from having so much drip now. Myra even saved my dog from a burning building wonderful worker!!

On Friday (June 11th) I was that a paid of shoes I wanted (Vans- Bandana Classic Slop Ons in True Blue) as on sale with Pac Sun and available at Pac Sun Store at The Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver Colorado. Not only were they available but they were on sale. I called the store to make sure they had the size 10.5 in stock and if I could come pick them up. I called and a young girl answered. I asked if they have "the Vans- Bandana Classic Slop Ons in True Blue size 10.5 in Mens in stock" The young lady placed me on a brief hold and came back. When she picked up the phone again she let me know they did have them in stock and she would place them up front on hold for me. When I arrived I was helped by the manager, Christian (longish curly hair) with my order. He didn't show me the shoes, and I admit I didn't ask to see them either. He just rang me up. At that time I saw the price wasn't reflect the sale price online. He checked online and then honored the sale price. I was thankful and left. I was not given a receipt. This morning I finally opened the box and saw that they were completely the wrong set of shoes. Wrong color. Wrong style. Just wrong. I went back to the Pac Sun location at The Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver Colorado this morning to try to correct this error. I thought I got lucky as Christian (the manager who first helped me) was there! I thought this should be an easy return. I greeting him and he even remembered me from the less than 48 hours before. I explained to him that the girl had set aside the wrong set of shoes and I needed to exchange them or get a refund. We were not able to process an exchange as they no longer had the ones I wanted in my size. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do this with out a receipt. This is so frustrating! His employee set the incorrect shoes aside. He never showed them to me before completing the purchase. He didn't give me a receipt. He even remembered me. Still wouldn't process the exchange. I left with a gift card i will never use as I will never be back to PacSun. This was an extremely disappointing experience as I have been shopping at PacSun for about 20 years.

fine store. employees are nice. some clothes have pretty cheep material for the price and prices on their online shop are better than the physical shop for whatever reason.
