Would not install tires with one hour before closing even after we called first and they said they would. Nothing annoys me more than having my time wasted.

I called this place about 6 months ago to get my tire replaced. They said they had my size tire and to come in So once I get there they take the donut tire off. They tell me the tire that they were going to use was not good after all and that they don't have the right size so the guy I'm assuming is the manager or the owner says they could put on a different size that would be better than the donut tire and to call back in a week and maybe he would have the right tire So at this moment they've already got my tire off so I went ahead and agreed to it. Bad decision to say the least . They should have never taken my donut tire off without knowing for certain if they had the right tire. I will never use this place for my tire replacement again.

Needed to remove a nail from my rear tire these guys are quick and professional at what they do and it was a reasonable price back on the road good as new thank you again

This place has saved me only place I found opened on a Sunday they are opened in good and bad weather. The owner himself does work there. He has plenty of tires and is reasonable with his prices. I fully support this place. I have had them replace a tire, fix a flat, and rotate my tires.

Came on Xmas Eve with emergency and asked please hurry and they yelled at me and refused to do the job unless I paid first if it wasn't flat and energency I would have gone elsewhere

Just moved to town and ended up with a slow leak. Back in Chicago I had a little neighborhood place that I went to for years, typically to pull out a nail or screw. Fast and cheap. Looked hard but Ortiz was the only operation that had a similar vibe. Called ahead and they told me to just come over. It's a modest looking place that would be easy to miss, but 5 minutes and $20 later I was back on the road. Got a new spot that I can recommend wholeheartedly.
