We placed an order in line in the morning. Got an instant email saying they are working in the order and would let us know when the order was ready. my Tech went at 3:30 to pick it up . NO we never got a notice it was ready..... He got there and NOPE . the order never got pulled and he didn't get out of the store for
40 min.
NOT SO GOOD !
I will just go and get it my self next time. My advice just shut down the website ordering it give you a BAD image.

Its been about 3 years since this encounter and I wish I had written this sooner. But about 3 years ago I lived in Denver and knew no one. My car died due to a corroded battery and I was absolutely lost. I came to this OReillys and Randy helped me TO NO END!! I made sure to see if other reviewers mentioned Randy and its clear hes made an impact on others. He sat with me for 3 hours and not only helped me find/buy a new battery, he walked me through the whole process and taught me how to change it myself. He was really kind about taking this extra step for me while seeing other customers intermittently to keep things moving. He showed me exactly how to figure things out and we even watched some Youtube videos that I ended up saving in case I ever got into the same situation. I brought him a burrito the next day and he was SO kind and grateful 😂

My battery was getting old and my car died at work down the street. Got my car jumped and headed straight to O’reillys - Eric had everything replaced within 20 minutes. Great service!!

Went in for a battery for my key fob and was greeted by the store manager. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name because she was a gem!! She helped me find and change out the battery in the blink of an eye! Great service!
