This company is terrible. If the company I order from prints and puts a label on my box. How do you have the wrong address? Your tracking says address corrected - twice and reshipped. Who did you contact to get the "correct" address? It wasn't me or the company. This has happened more than once. I now have to pay for a different shipping method in order to ensure my package isn't handled by OnTrac. Flat out terrible.Update: 11pm same day.Ontrac you can't get your LIES straight!!!! Weather delay now? Weather in Denver, CO today can be verified.UPDATE: 4/8/24From now on any company I "think" I want to order from online. I will verify who they ship with FIRST.I stopped using the first company I posted about related to Ontrac - VitaCostJust ordered through IHerb - package is returned to sender after I asked for it to be held at THEIR location. Not a problem, sooner or later this company will be out of business.

The absolute worst!! Claim they delivered a package that was never delivered. 11 days it was in their hands from Vegas to Denver. ELEVEN DAYS. And it sat in Denver for NINE.Said they attempted delivery on day 4 and that's a lie. I contacted them twice and each time they say "wait two days or contact the seller". And then boom, all of a sudden eleven days after they got my package its delivered. I was home working outside at the time I got notification of the delivery. Additionally, I have 4 front facing cameras that show no delivery attempt was made to me or any of my neighbors.The answer "contact the seller" does me no good when it's not in their hands either. Yall need to be put put of business and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. This is completely unacceptable.I didn't choose this company, nor will I ever, but after reading reviews it sounds like they don't do a thing but sit on packages and say they were delivered.

Package out for "In Transit" to my house everyday this week. Still no package. Just updates at the end of the day for the next day. No customer service. This is a shocking number of bad reviews - can't believe this company is still in business.

Terrible company and out of touch with reality. Tried delivering items late in the afternoon to a business on good Friday, then again on Staurday at 7:00pm and then again at almost 7:00pm on Easter sunday! After the 3 "failed attempts" on a holiday weekend they returned the package to sender. I've never seen more out of touch and terrible delivery attempts in my life.

Delivered 3 streets. Down completely wrong house street and number. There's no phone to call for customer service and took 4 days to email me back only to say yeah it was delivered reach out to the other company.

The driver Perfect Timing delivery INC. are great friendly, and helped bring mu package indoors. The actual ontrac company is unorganized never has an answer. But always apologize. Just found out that my delivery driver that has been here for the last 5 years, he is no longer on the route or with the company. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not order any packages that will be coming through this company again

Said my package was delivered, but is nowhere to be found. Horrible customer service, can’t get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue. Looks like I’m not the only one this has happened to either.

This is the worst delivery service which as ever existed I do not know how they can stay in business with such horrible customer service when they’re not delivering to the wrong address their packages will show out for delivery for an entire week, you will never know when or if your package will ever arrive.
