Horrible customer service, I have made several additional payments using my debit card in this very location. Monica the manager said that has never happened, because they only take check or money orders.Which is a flat out lie, I asked her to check my payment history (to see if I was correct) and she refused to even look or listen to me. Blew it off with a blatant lie!!!Monica is a horrible manager, NO professional customer service skills at all!!!They need a new manager that knows their job and is professional at all times. Needs to be a .5 rating for her unprofessional management performance!!!!!I am not the only person she has been rude and unprofessional with something needs to be corrected in her customer service/transparency professional skills, because at best they SUCK!!!The only reason I use this location for additional payments is due to the convenience from my home. Not anymore!!!!!!!!

My first time really needing help with a loan and choosing this company, and I literally applied online and got approved, for whatever reason they wanted me to schedule a call with the agents to go further with my loan process, I schedule the call TWICE, and called them spoke to two people, was told Monica would call me back, and she never did, then the lady I spoke with Yasmin LIED, and said monica called me earlier Knowing Damn well she did not. Still no call, the two scheduled calls disappeared. At this point I have no interest in even going further, horrible customer service. Clearly everyone here must hate their job!.

Horrible, don’t use these people. Complete waste of time. I applied for an application. Was approved, they had me scheduled an appointment online for someone to call me the following week. I never got that call, instead was blown up several times prior to that. When I kept returning their call, of course Tiffany the person who kept calling me would never take my call. They kept saying she’s not available. Don’t use them for anything. Very disappointed.

Already had a loan out with this company, always get phone calls asking to refinance it.I come to a time where it would be useful to refinance.Apply for the loan, they say response time typically takes a few hours. They don’t call with updates, I have to call, three days pass and they still don’t call unless I initiate.4th day after me calling I’m told to still wait. I get a call about 30 min before they closed that I was approved for 2 different options. I agree to one, we schedule a time for me to come sign forms. The day I’m supposed to come in they call and tell me that I now am not approved and no explanation as to way it all of a sudden changed.I make more money than I did when I took out the last loan, nothing else has changed.Waste of time and horrible communication. I canceled 2 customers appointments to make the meeting we schedule 2 days ago, they call me day of to say just kidding!

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have had my loan for 6 years and it was great I never regretted my decision Until the beginning of 2023 when branches closed and the staff completely changed. Now most of them don't even work with you no matter the circumstances. I would not recommend them with the new staff or the new way they are running their business. Everyone is working from home and every time you finally get a hold of someone on the phone you hear a kid, a dog, fans or beping in the background that makes it hard to hear them and understand what they are saying. Customer service has completely went down!!

Do not work with these people. They are ALLunprofessional. I was told I was approved and ready to close when I actually wasn't. I drove across town just to be lied to. Jennifer who worked my loan seemed to have had multiple energy drinks as she was all over the place on the phone and in person. When I tried to give feedback to the manager, Monica, she was no help and decided to pull back the loan because she said I was rude. I have never had a company do this. I am shocked at the poor communication and customer service I received. I should have never pursued a loan with these people. They wasted my time and lied. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY.

So my experience with customer service was amazing the ladies took care of me. I always went to the branch here in Denver and the manager was rude and acted like she really didn't care to help me. I was kicked out of the office 2 times one for a meeting and 2nd time because i couldn't just sit in there. This was my 3rd time using one main and that was a disappointment . I was disappointed because this is the 1st time this had happened to me. The branch in Montbello in Denver needs to do some training for professionalism and diversity. Before everyone greeted you and the manager was always kind and helpful and respectful. I did relay this to them when I had to call the 800 number for them to help me.

Have had my 1st loan with One Main for some time. I recently had to postpone my payment due to lack of income. Jasmine explained all of my options available to me, and answered all my questions and concerns with ease!! Thanks again, Jasmine. Very professional!! Keep up the great work!!!
