The staff at OMeara was fast and friendly. Parts arrived quickly and service was scheduled for an easy drop off and pickup. I would definitely recommend them for your VW parts and service needs.

I had an awful experience buying a used car from here. I bought a Subaru Forrester in May for over $12,000. In June, I brought it into my local garage for an oil change and general inspection. They found $3,000+ dollars in repairs including acidic coolant, lower control arm issues, and rack and pinion steering problems. O'Meara wasted my time and did minimal work to make it right. They offered to replace a license plate light, air filter, and seal a leaking gas pan, work they said was valued at around $1000, my garage could have done all of that for about $400.Their service department acknowledged that the lower control arm needed fixing but the sales department was not willing to pay to fix it for me. When I talked with my saleswoman about it on the phone, she made it seem like I was asking for too much and that I should just be thankful for the minor work they were willing to do.It became very clear to me that they did minimal inspection before putting the car on the market. Now, I'm left with thousands of dollars in repairs I have to pay out of pocket. I would highly suggest avoiding this place. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and would have avoided writing a negative review if they could have met me half way.Update March 2023Less than a year after purchasing the vehicle, and performing the repair mentioned above I brought my car in for a second oil change and had it checked out due to the tire pressure warning lights flashing intermittently and having issues with the "at oil temp" light flashing throughout the warmer months. This time, the garage identified that my all wheel drive vehicle had mismatched tires which was destroying the drive system. The transmission line was leaking and was in need of a timing belt replacement. The garage told me things weren't adding up with this car and suggested that I may have received a vehicle that was technically totaled. My partner stepped in to help me to reach out to the dealership and take my concerns seriously. It took over five calls, and we returned with the car to the dealership under the impression that we would be negotiating a buy-back price. That experience left me shaking with anger and brought me to tears. The manager we worked with was manipulative and acting like he was the victim when I asked to be reimbursed for the full price of the car since I was returning it in significantly better shape than I purchased it and put less than 5,000 miles on the vehicle since purchase. O'Meara never once acknowledged that they did anything wrong. This manager was unprofessional and would not come out to talk to us, we had to request to speak to him at his computer station after he was orchestrating the process through a lower ranking female employee. She was kind. They didn't offer a counter offer. Our concerns continued to went unaddressed and took their offer of around 11k to be done with them. I could not receive my check the day of. It has to be mailed to me and I just hope it comes. Exactly a year after a traumatizing car accident which left me without a car and brought me to O'Meara in the first place, information I disclosed with the dealership, I am now in the same place--once again without a car and now 3K+ less and emotionally unsettled. Please do not shop here.

Terrible car dealership Oscar the salesman was not only inept but condescending after I called them out about their wanting to sell a car that had a manufacturer stop sale and recall on it. I have been a VAG loyal for numerous years but this experience has broken the camel's back never again. I have canceled my order for an ID4. Very unprofessional lot
