We took our vehicle in for service. We told them the heater fan motor was bad and that there was a defective memory module. The fan motor made an obvious noise. The memory seat has been defective since 2021 (we had tried to get the seat fixed in 2021 but they said they couldn't find a problem with it). We have a 3rd party warranty. They called to say the fan motor needs replacement and the memory module is shorted and needs replacement. They refuse to put in an aftermarket part that would be warrantied by the 3rd party. That part would cost $74 as opposed to the $500 for their part. Now they want over $500 for the diagnosis. We TOLD THEM what needed replacing! Now we need to take our vehicle to another repair shop that will put in the parts that have been approved by our warranty company. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever had here! They have cut the diagnosis fee in half in response to this review.
I have to give kudos and credit when it is due. Fixed Operations Director Bill Wheeler canceled ALL charges when we went to pick up our vehicle! This is good service. What makes it GREAT service is that he also gave a recommendation for another company that can work with our warranty company. He also said he would call them to help make our repairs easier,

I had previously written a 5 star review for O'Meara because the process of purchasing our vehicle went pretty smoothly, and David was great to work with. However, after purchasing our vehicle we had a completely different experience.
When we test drove the vehicle that we ended up buying, there was a check engine light on (they said it was an evap code that a new gas cap would most likely fix) and they said they would make sure to get it fixed before we purchased the vehicle. Well, 4 days after we purchased our vehicle, the check engine light came back on and was showing the same code (evap system). We reached back out to David to tell him and he was very kind but said there wasn't much he could do - it would need to go through the manager Steven to get fixed. Well, day after day went by and we didn't get a call from Steven. My husband called and left a couple of voicemails with Steven and still he never called us. After a week, I called and spoke with David (who has been so kind through this whole situation) and he said Steven was out that day but he said Pierce was in (who was the manager of the used cars or something) and he went to chat with him about the situation. After speaking with Pierce, David came back on the phone and said Pierce had suggested we just take it to a dodge dealership and use our warranty (which we still have to pay a deductible for) to have them fix the issue. This whole time we weren't driving the truck because we didn't want to possibly cause damage to it since the gas cap obviously didn't fix the issue and they had assured us before we bought the truck that the issue would be fixed. To this day we still have not received a phone call from Steven and the dealership has done nothing to help fix the check engine light issue. I went from loving the dealership (based on our buying experience), to now feeling like they don't stand behind their used vehicles and don't really care about customers once the sale is made.

Set your expectations low. We came in on Monday evening to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were greeted quickly and we were out test driving pretty fast. When we started negotiating the process went relatively fast (usual time back and forth instead of just talking to the decision maker). Once deal was agreed upon that is when it went down hill. Now that the sale was ironed out it was like we were forgotten about. Our sales guy kept saying we would be seen soon but it never happened- we got there at a little after 5 pm by 8 pm we were still sitting. We had to go home and take care of our dogs so we agreed that we would come back the next day around 2:30 and all the issues that were to be fixed would be handled and we would just have to wait for them to switch the tires from our trade in which could be done while we finished the paperwork. The next day we have not heard at all from sales guy but we headed to dealership for our 2:30 time - we are halfway there and get a text that the issues were not fixed and they needed to send both cars to a discount tire to get the tires switched (what kind of dealership cannot mount and balance tires) - but since we were already on our way we decided to just go sign the paperwork. Which we did and the finance guy was super great and efficient- but we left with no new car. The next day our sales guy was off so he handed us off to someone else - and communication regarding when our car would be done was non existent unless we called. Finally we said we would be there at 3 and it better be ready - magically it was - but again we get there no one can find the sales guy and when he finally emerges he says he gave it to the detail people to give it a quick rinse and it would be ready soon - 30 minutes later the jeep is still sitting in the parking lot and no one has touched it. Also it was a snowy day so washing it was stupid to begin with. We finally said just forget the wash and give us the keys. In all we wasted 4 hrs of time sitting around and another 3 traveling back and forth to the dealership which was 40 minutes from our home. Multiple times it felt like because the deal was done there was no longer urgency to take care of the customer. Also the “detail” they did after we test drove the car was horrible - they got some of the dog hair out but the car was in no way cleaned in the inside - understand the outside was dirty due to weather but there is no excuse for the crappy interior cleaning job. Also at this point we were so over the back and forth that we took the car without the scratches being fixed which was an agreed upon issue they were supposed to fix. Be prepared to feel like nothing once you agree on the deal and good luck with any follow up.

This place is a joke,
Nico Archuletta ( service advisor)is the worst, first I scheduled service 3 weeks in advance via online he didn’t wanted to take me inn even though i had proof for my appointment.
Second my truck still under warranty and the rear window was leaking water he told me WE DON’T WORK ON WINDOWS HERE he had me calling a shop to fix my window it was very frustrating to get this dealer to fix my window.

Quick fast amazing customer service. When I purchased my vehicle on my way home I stopped to something to eat and noticed damage to right rear passenger door and to the rear of the truck. I notified my salesman (Gilbert) and without hesitation this dealership honored their word in requesting to make this right. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealer. Keep up the amazing work.
