Being from San Diego I had no idea what to expect or look for when looking into repairing hail damage. I did my research and landed on Oh Hail No due to the reviews I read and the options they offered at the time such as covering my deductible and loaner vehicle options. I was not disappointed 10 out of 10 is what I would rate them. From walking in to having a total loss claim the experience with them was flawless and informative; Taylor the owner answered all my questions and created an exceptional experience.
TLDR: 10/10 Highly recommend; Flawless and seamless experience.

Probably the best positive customer service experience I have ever had! Taylor and his team went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and do a tremendous job. It’s not possible I can give anyone a higher recommendation. My daughter’s vehicle was parked in a long-term parking lot while she went on a summer job in Alaska. we were notified that due to a bad hail storm that her vehicle had received substantial damage. We were able to get Taylor the keys… As I live in Miami… And he retrieved the car did an outstanding job with repairs, return the car to the lot , and mailed me the keys. He took pictures and communicated extremely well throughout. Should you ever be in need of bodywork to your vehicle? You can’t go wrong with this amazing company.

My car looks like it came straight out of the dealership.
These guys do an Amazing job and it didn’t cost me a penny.
The communication wires got crossed a few times but they made it up with their impecable work.

Taylor and his crew did fantastic work repairing the hail damage on my car. He was very flexible in scheduling and went to bat for me with our insurance company when they were dragging their feet. Great service and experience!
