I only really go to Office Depot if I'm in a pinch - which is why I'm so grateful that the staff here is competent, friendly, and efficient. Here in 2024, most other retail just sucks, but this place is keeping it together.

I was at your store on Friday April 19th early evening I needed one ☝️ copy of a very important form of course I did not realize that they only work with a credit cards I asked the gentleman while since I just have just one form can you help me if they pay with cash and I was told no we can help you could go to UPS and they might be able to help you I said ok I went to UPS just around the corner from Office Depot and
guess what I went to the UPS store and I asked the Employee there if they make photocopies snd the guy says absolutely we can help you and I said I just need a photocopy front and back of this form but the only thing is I just have cash on me I don’t have my credit card with me He tells me that’s OK ma’am we take cash here
I told the guy that waited on me that I was just at Office Depot and they didn’t Seem interested in helping me they just told me that I could come to UPS any time
He replied and says I’m very sorry very he says I used to work at that office depot and I was sick of how they treated their customers so that’s why I left that store anytime you need help with anything you come to us and will be more than happy to help you.
And I said well thank you very much I appreciate it Because I needed this form copied So thank you very much for helping me.

The person that helped me with my purchase was knowledgeable about the store and was able to quickly find everything I was looking for. He was polite and friendly.

I just had an infuriating experience at this office depot. Yesterday I was here for an hour doing copies and had no problems. This morning, the self serivce copy machines were not sending my email the code to copy, so I asked the manager what's the problem and all she could say is, "I don't know what to tell you, there's a UPS store nearby". I'm sorry but that is unacceptable, she wouldn't offer me any other solution to have a document printed up. She say's "I mean I could call the internet company to see why" (but she wasn't really going to lift a finget to actually do that for me. Either she is totally incompetent, or just plain lazy, but either way, Office Depot should be ashamed they have an employee like that who doesn't care or have a clue, and who has absolutely no desire to offer any sort of customer service. Unbelievable!!

The self -service counter works great. I just had my work on my phone and within minutes I had my copies. The staff is always standing by to help with any questions.

This was the most miserable and stressful experience I have had. I walked in and I wasn't there for more than 2 minutes that security approached me and asked me to leave. His exact words were "the store doesn't want your kind in here", my kind? They must mean Transgender individuals cause I'm sure that's they only "kind" i fall into. It's shocking what kind of people they have running that store lords l

My entire experience for this purchase was seamless. From browsing products on the website, to ordering my purchase for in-store pickup, to getting notification that my purchase was ready for pick-up to finding my purchase ready for me inside the store.

The Sales Manager Richard was extremely rude, lacked professionalism and was looking at his phone the whole time without making eye contact while speaking to my associate and I. He also blatantly lied to us about being busy to just walk away from us mid conversation. Terrible customer service and it’s alarming he’d even be considered for a Sales Management role in the first place. We have had a business account with Office Depot for years and in several states and it’s the first time we’ve been treated so rudely. We know that is not the image or standard the company would like to portray, especially from someone in management.

Horrendous. If I could leave this place zero starts I would. Horrible staff that are not even competent enough to operate a printer. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere
