I showed up at 1145am for a pre-TSA appointment and the person to do them had called out.
Come on managers. You need to let paying customers know that their service is cancelled for the day.
Then they can’t even reschedule you.
What a waste of time.

Went into the store not expecting much, other than any other regular office supply store- being ignored or stared at suspiciously due to my colorful dreadlocks and bright colored clothes- and was surprised with the opposite. Caleb, a young man who was working in the printer ink area approached me and asked if he could help find me anything. I was trying to find the list from work, and knew I needed a first aid kit, but didn’t really think they had one, but to stall while pulling up the list I asked, and he pointed them out which was fantastic. And then I was able to located the type of cartridge I needed. It didn’t happen to be on display, however, Caleb knew where to find one and took me to the checkout area to help me himself. Not only that, he let me know that if I signed up with my phone number and email address I could received 20% off my purchase, which came to over $80, so a nice chunk of change came off of that, which was a pleasant surprise! I really wish more retail workers were like this now days!! I will definitely come back here for office supplies. Thanks Caleb, job well done, you deserve a raise my friend.

I’ve used this store for numerous print projects, but I think I’m done. There’s always something wrong with every single project I’ve done with them and if I have the time, I have them reprint them. Hannah, the manager, is always very nice about it.
However, I just learned that they don’t have a bathroom for customers? That it’s “against store policy”? Which just blows my mind. I won’t be using this store again.

I had a little project that needed to be done but turned out to be longer than expected. I had run into issues all day!! This happened to be my last hope because of the fire inspection tomorrow at my place of business. Richard E. was amazing and assisted me every step of the way, remained very professional and kind! Give this guy a promotion please he knows what he's doing ! I've been in customer service for about 15 years and he made my experience very rememberable!

Your south broadway store
Has the most horrible, horrible customer service ever?
Today Monday August 5 2024
I went into your store with a friend about 11:30am she needed to have a paper Faxed
And there was nobody in your store at the time there was not a single person in there just employees and my friend went up to the counter and asked the lady if she can get some help faxing a form . The employee reply and says no I cannot do it You can go to UPS that’s around the corner from Safeway.
And it’s not the first time it’s happened. I went in there about two months ago because I needed to make a photocopy of one form that I needed and they refused to help me too. They also sent me to UPS.
And when we went to UPS today, they were more than happy and delighted to help my friend fax her form that she needed faxed today.
We told them at. UPS that office depot which is you guys refuse to help us and they told us do not go there anymore. Come to us and will be delighted to help you with anything that you need..
So I just wanted to tell you you have the worst customer service ever at your Broadway location in Denver Colorado they are horrible horrible horrible Even The employees at UPS told us that Office Depo has horrible, horrible customer service that Office Depot always turns their customers away if they need photocopies or stuff fax they always get it turned away and send them to UPS.

I have been to this Office Depot twice, and there will not a third.
1st trip: When asked if I wanted to join their loyalty program I said "no". The manager said "Are you sure? It's really quick." I replied "My wife is quite ill and shouldn't stand much longer" and she asked me again. My wife is clearly undergoing chemo and was on oxygen. Zero empathy.
2nd trip: I asked the cashier if they did shipping because if not I didn't want to buy shipping products. She told me they did. After between 10 and 15 minutes while the cashier tried to get logged into the system (tech issues are understandable and not a complaint) the same manager came out to help. She informed me they didn't ship and said "sorry". Nothing else just "sorry". I said it was terrible customer service and asked why I wasn't told when I asked earlier and she just said "have a good day" and utterly dismissed me. Once again zero empathy. How hard is it for a business that offers print services to make a sign that says "no shipping - drop off only"?

I went to drop off a package today and this woMANISH of an amazon, took my package, she looked like caitlin jenner... Anyway, she was rude and not very customer friendly!
