They used to be awesome, but as others have pointed out their customer service is awful. Order took 5 days to even ship after placing order, then it never showed up and I cant get any response. Go with Lazarus farms instead

Nuleaf has been our go-to for pet CBD for a while after we did a lot of research into other brands (cost, value, etc) and we love them.
Our dog is not a huge fan of the flavor (unflavored) but for the cost, dose, and effectiveness it's definitely worth it! We just mix it in with stuff sometimes.
Shipping is always consistent and I never have a hard time managing our subscription. Which us a great experience as a customer.
Note: Our pup is about 85lbs and takes 1-2 doses of 6-8 drops a day depending on how sore he is.

Used to love this company but now they are impossible to deal with. Having issues with my subscribe and save - they keep charging the wrong credit card even though the correct one is listed as DEFAULT. They keep telling me to do the same thing over and over which is to update my payment info. TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE!!! This is to the point of ridiculous - the web site sucks and you can never get ahold of a real person. I'm out!

I have been a cbd taker for years and until I found nuleaf I was never ****** impressed. I am now very impressed. For the cbd varieties I have been so impressed with the quality and it does exactly what it says it does. It is worth its weight in gold. My favorite is *** and the bottle with all the varieties in a capsule. Amazing stuff.

This company is weird. I post a review of 1 star on 2 different products that I tried on their website and the reviews don’t get posted. It appears they ONLY post 5 star reviews. How is that ok? It’s deceptive and doesn’t let people see from others whom didn’t have any good experiences with the products that there is something to be aware of. Also they do not offer any type of money back guarantee. What a joke

Very, very poor customer service!! Use Subscribe and Save at your own risk. Making any changes to your customer account are impossible!! I have really liked the NuLeaf products but will try to find another product line that’s values its customers with good service.

Customer service is unbelievably horrible. It appears no humans are involved in communication at all. Bot keeps asking for same info I already supplied. Bots also replying to emails. Unable to delete payment info. Order placed 7/22, I am in California, NuLeaf is in Colorado, my order is currently in Pennsylvania. Bots response is "it's in transit". It's been in Pennsylvania for at least 2 days.

Customer Service refuses to answer my emails about a misdelivered package on April 25th. I’ve sent 3 emails regarding the issue between 4.26.23 and 5.11.23. The Post office claims to have delivered my last subscription bottle at my previous address however I have mail forwarding to my new address and the package never arrived / was never forwarded to my new address so the post office must have delivered it to the front desk. Called the front desk at the old address and they claimed to not have the package. The fact that NuLeaf has refused to even respond AT ALL is unprofessional, unacceptable and completely disrespectful. I cannot recommend this business although the product is OK; these days without good customer service….your product is meaningless especially when it’s a product that cannot be patented. One thing that NuLeaf has given me is the idea to buy my own CBD concentrate and hemp oil and just make my own oil. Want to know how to throw away good money? Never respond to your customers!

This company has high quality products and high standards for production which is especially important when shopping for a CBD. I’ve use their full spectrum CBD oil, CBC oil, Delta 8 oil and just got Delta 9 the other day. I primarily use them for relaxation, focus and sleep. Each type has a different effect and it has been a game changer for me. I have adhd and the CBD/CBC help calm my nerves and aid in my focus while delta 8 relaxes me to fall asleep quick and stay asleep.

The customer support from this company is nonexistent. The only way to attempt to communicate with them is e-mail or live chat. It is so frustrating to go back and forth for even the simplest question. Do not sign up for autoship! they don't give you a heads up email to let you know that they are charging your credit card. they only tell you after they push the sale through. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending back an item I didn't want in the first place.
