I can’t recommend them highly enough. We have used Novus three times now to fix chips in our windshields, one of which was quite large, and we have experienced quick, polite service and reasonable prices every time.

The guys here were so easy to work with! They were able to work with my warranty and have my windshield replaced within 2.5 weeks after I called. The only reason it took a little long was because I was out of town for almost a week. I used their mobile service and they had my car ready to go in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again if I need their services.

Was a victim of the hail storm that happened Thursday night that busted up my windshield really good, I looked up auto glass places found NOVUS sent in my information for quote got back to me quickly and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. The customer service here is amazing, and the prices of the services are affordable. I will definitely be using them again if I need too and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing an auto glass place. Thank you everyone at NOVUS!!!

These guys were awesome! Pulled up to the house on time, ready to rip, got both of my windshields replaced in under an hour! Excellent service and will definitely recommend them to any friends who need glass.

The Team at Novus Glass repaired our windshield last week. It was a fantastic experience. That completed the replacement and sensor calibration within an hour and a half. I wanted to wait until after our long ski trip this weekend to write a review in case I heard any whistling or felt a leak…which from our experience was something that happens when you replace them. I am happy to report back that we had none of those. We are a monster fan of the team, their work and most of all their price. Honestly you’re not going to find a better price than you do with Novus Glass! Keep up the great work and keep grinding team!

Car was broken into last Thursday. Booked an appointment with Safelite originally and was quoted $420 for my rear driver window. Novus was recommended by my boyfriend and they quoted me $245 to bring it in and $255 for mobile. (Safelites mobile charge is $49) Novus offered to fix my glass the same day and Safelite’s earliest appointment was the week later. I ended up booking with Novus and they got me in and out within an hour and a half. Completely professional, with coffee and snacks and TV in their waiting room should you choose to hang out. Would definitely go to them again for any other glass repairs!
