Before and after. Gregory is super responsive and helpful. You can see my car got smashed by someone not paying attention. He got it back to perfect, with an identical color-match in less than half the time a dealership would have. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Gregory was super responsive and helpful after the accident. Due to the age of our vehicle and only having liability insurance, we were looking for a cash-only option to fix our car. Some body shops wouldn't even talk to us on the topic, but Gregory understood what we were trying to do and gave us a quote to fix the car that was less than half of the next lowest estimate we got.

The shop owner responded to my request after hours on a Saturday evening and explained my three options to repair my bumper. He was willing to explore alternate methods to fix my car before jumping to the most expensive option of replacing and painting a new bumper. He offered to come see the car on Easter Sunday but I declined as this was a holiday. He kept his word and accommodated me Monday. This was important as I am from Delaware and wanted this issue resolved for my daughter before I flew out on Tuesday. We needed a bracket, and he helped me find the bracket quickly so the bumper could be completed the same day. He gave me a generous discount on the part. Bumper is fixed, and I have peace of mind knowing that my daughter's not driving down the highway with a loose, floppy bumper. We will use this shop for some additional body work in the near future. Thank you for your good service and customer service.

Novair LLC was great to work with right from the start. Let me start by saying, Greg's quality of work (along with all of the Novair employees) is exemplary. The attention to detail is ABSOLUTELY apparent with the final result. Greg was also very forthcoming with any and all information, regarding the truck.
I smashed the passenger side of my 2017 Tacoma. The fender, wheel well, rocker panel, along with the whole passenger door, needed to be removed and replaced. My insurance company had a few frustrating delays, that Greg and I worked through with complete transparency.
I cannot recommend Novair enough! Thank you guys SO MUCH for getting my truck back to me, in damn near "brand new" condition (even the new car smell). Your hard work did not go unnoticed!

Gregory was great to work with. Requested an online quote and had a phone call back within 30 minutes. Provided the requested pictures of the work needed on my 96 F150 and had a price the same day. Removed the rust from truck rear quarter panels and replaced with new metal. Also did the the front driver side quarter panel. Looks Great! Went the extra mile to match my custom paint. Went above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend Novair Auto Body. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I heard from Gregory and realized it was a set of circumstances out of his and my control. After our conversation we were able to resolve the issue quickly. I give Gregory a lot of credit for contacting me and resolving our issues and misunderstanding. I would be willing to try his business in the future, based on the reviews, which are awesome.

My car was stolen, vandalized and dumped. I had it taken to Novair and they were much more communicative with me than my insurance company was. They kept me up to date on what was happening well before I got notification from my agent. They walked me thru the different options I didn't even know I had and were extremely helpful. I discovered Novair auto body shop by reading glowing reviews online, and they didn’t disappoint. These guys are hands down, the best. I don’t think 5 stars is even enough, when I consider the quality of work, incredible price, level of communication and knowledge about cars. My BMW went into their repair shop looking like an eye sore and was returned to me looking and running like a brand new car. Thank you Novair, and especially Greg for your amazing work.

Being the DIYer that I am, after I spilled some gas on the paint of my 1969 GMC pickup, I thought I could fix it. I definitely did not fix it and made it a lot worse haha. I looked around on Google and came across Gregory's business here! With so many solid reviews I had to give it a shot. He didn't disappoint. Was easy to work with, did a fast and quality job fixing my mistake. Took great care of the truck. I'd highly recommend him for paint/body work!
