What a wonderful bike shop! I had just returned from another bike shop, where I was denied maintenance on my E-Bike because they "didn't want to be liable". I was bummed until I realize that Nice Bikes was a shorter distance away - and when I pulled up to the lot, the owner and his wife did not hesitate to diagnose my issues and resolve it for me. Turns out, the only work that needed to be done was to tighten a few bolts and to readjust my brake caliper. The owner did it in 10 minutes, then reassured me that his service would be at no charge.The service I experienced her was nothing short of fantastic, and for a small business like Nice Bikes, those personal interactions pay dividends when you're able to keep your repeat customers.It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. I will be sure to be back. If I could give your store 6/5 stars, I would.

the most knowledgeable guys about all that is cycling in the city of Denver. They carry the most sought after brands in the business: Time, Pinarello, Focus Sidi Bont Also the cred that I like the most is that they are a Campagnolo Pro Shop.- not all shops can even be considered to carry these brands. They are down to earth guys that are straight shooters and will go out of their way to get you riding asap with out any attitude-unlike some of the other shops in Colorado. I have found the best wheel builder in David ,who built me 2 sets now -the first set are as bullet proof as he said they'd be and with my weight of 207 lbs they havent needed truing even after 5000 miles. Wonderfull also a plus - dog friendly-my dog enjoys going there as much as i do.

I have complete trust in the service and it is both prompt and very reasonable. After I took a fall, David restored my ride to like new condition.

WOW! I've had my Pinarello Dogma F12 serviced at what I THOUGHT were pro shops...that is until David put a wrench to it. Incredibly thorough, meticulous. On a level I hadn't experienced since having a team mechanic care for my rides. If you want it done right the first time... Go to Nice Bike?

David and Sacha are knowledgeable, friendly and run a sweet shop while focusing on quality work, bikes, parts and customer service. Over the past 5 years or so, I've been taking frames to them to have them built up with groupsets, wheels, etc. that I've picked out and sourced. Even after moving an hour away from Denver, I still go back to Nice Bike for Campagnolo builds. David has always kept me informed about the builds, does great work (that I could probably never do), pays attention to any and all the details I thrown at him while also bringing up any potential issues/suggestions. The place has a small town bike shop feel and friendliness (the canine crew adds to this) in the middle of an ever growing and changing city and I hope it's there for a long time.

A great bike shop on SoBo if you're into road biking. They ask for appointments only on weekends, but I threw a flat and they were happy to have me walk in and change the flat out for me. We had a spare tube that was slightly under sized, but they were happy to change it out with the right size quickly, and the guy helping was super Nice (Bike).Thanks!

EXCELLENT! We visited here for several demo rides and a week later bought two e-Bikes on Sunday. The bikes were delivered 4 hours later! Everyone I worked with was excellent

Thank You Dave and Sacha…. You built me my dream bike. My new Colonago Concept is a rocket ship. And a very sexy Italian bike. Gorgeous. Beautiful. I can’t believe how incredible this bike feels on the road. Smooth and fast. Climbs better than I can. I’m not even worthy of this bike currently. But she is my new motivation to get out and ride. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤️

This is a great shop for dedicated cyclists. They are outstanding at fits, have a broad inventory of new and quality consignment bikes, and a surprisingly thorough spare parts inventory. Clothing is limited but really high quality. The reason I keep coming back, though, is the staff. They have the best mechanics in the state, and are always nice and fun to be around. The shop has a great atmosphere.

I was initially hesitant to try Nice Bike because their hours of operation didn't align too well with my schedule, however, I'm so glad I took my bike to these folks.I hadn't had my bike serviced in several years and brought it in to Nice Bike after having a wheel stolen. Shop employees kept me updated about the repair status (some parts had to be ordered), all the work was completed in a timely manner, and the price was more than reasonable. When I picked up my bike, I was shocked at how great it looked! Seriously, it looked like a whole new ride. Your bike is in good hands at Nice Bike.
