The absolute worst! Avoiding using this place or having to go here at any cost. UPS delivered a package here for me to pick up. Have no idea why as they don't even have a sign outside! They do not answer the phone when you call. I took a Lyft over here to pick up my package and they have a bungee cord on the door! Two guys inside said yeah the owner just decided to close for maybe 30-40 minutes - who knows! You have to wait outside. Are you kidding? Why on earth is UPS using a business this sketchy who randomly closes and locks their doors with BUNGEE CORDS? This is ridiculous. Do not use this business at any cost.

Their hours of operation is supposed Monday - Friday 10am to 6-7pm. I was there on a Wednesday morning at 10am no one was to open the place. I was waiting for 30 min. No one is there. Extremely unprofessional.
