They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. They charged tuition when we were not enrolled and won’t respond for a refund. I would avoid if you can.

Not a good impression when you leave a message and no one returns any phone calls simply to get more information on the center and/or waitlist.

We had a wonderful experience with our infant in New Horizon Academy on 40th Ave. We moved from another city and before we got to Denver, both Daria ( the director) and Kayla ( the associate director) were super helpful. They were always responding immediately our email or messages and always made sure to accommodate all of our needs. My son started going there at the age of 4 months. In the infant room Enaida and Elizabeth in AM and both Jackies in the afternoon were the nicest and most caring teachers to him. I have always believed that kids don’t lie; and the fact that my son would smile and giggle every time he saw them, reassured me that he was being loved and very well taken care of. The school was always clean and all the staff was always nice to us. Once he turned 6 months they provided purées and cereal to feed him, which was important for me as a working mother - I did not have to worry about buying them or having to make them myself.Overall we had a very positive experience. It is always scary leaving your baby in a new place where you don’t know anyone. But I can reassure you that New Horizon made me confident that he was happy and well taken care of.

We have been very pleased with New Horizon. Especially once Daria and Kayla have been named Director and Assistant Director. Their communication with families is professional and thoughtful. Our son is in the infant room, he is loved and well cared for.

Where to begin! New Horizon Academy Central Park has been such a blessing to our family. Our son has been at NHA for almost 2 years now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. There are so many things that make NHA such a special place:1) The teachers and staff. Ms. Jackie in the infant room made our transition from having our son at home to daycare full time SO much easier. She is so caring, so attentive, and so loving. My son would light up when he would see her. She always kept us informed as he was meeting developmental milestones, and would give us tips on how to prepare him for the next milestones. Ms. Emi and Ms. Kilee in the Toddler rooms are equally fantastic. They do so many fun activities with the toddlers daily--they expose them to new concepts, do sensory activities, read, sing, dance, play...it's awesome. I'm so impressed with their programming. On top of that, they are so caring, patient, and warm with my son. I love to watch my son run up to them to give them hugs in the morning. Lastly, Daria and Kayla are fabulous administrators. They know each student by name and love to share updates with us when they pop into classrooms. I've been really impressed with the low turnover at NHA too. It feels like the teachers truly love their jobs.2) The communication. We get so many updates from NHA daily--pictures, comments, messages, and daily logs. It makes being away from our son all day so much easier.3) The family feel. NHA doesn't feel like a "chain" daycare. It feels like you're really part of a community with the benefit of the resources available to support multiple locations.4) The facility itself. NHA Central Park is new, clean, spacious and has great toys for the kids. They rotate out toys, they do great activities, and they have fantastic outdoor space to enjoy time outside. I love how frequently they're able to get the kiddos outside.Overall our experience at NHA Central Park has been a 10/10. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

I just relocated to Colorado and was in need of child care. New horizons Academy took care of my needs and I feel safe with my child there. He enjoys the school the staff and the kids. The hours are great to accommodate parents busy schedules and the location is good also. The director Ms. Forrest is awesome also.

We have been sending our two children to New Horizon for a little over a year and they have been in Infants, Toddler, Twos and Threes/Preschool. All the teachers know our kiddos and make us feel like they really care for them. The Director, Lisa, and all the current teachers have always been responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I have raised, and despite the obstacles of COVID we've felt that our kids are safe in their environment. Thanks, NHA team!

Our infant daughter Maya was enrolled at NHA from January thru May of this year, and we had such a positive experience from the beginning. It was one of the only centers we found in the metro area that provides part-time care (2-4 days/week) with flexible hours (6:30am-6:30pm), which is what we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were wonderful and knew Maya by name, and she especially loved her infant room teachers and assistants, while we loved receiving text and picture updates every day via the app. We found their COVID protocols to be strong - in the five months we were there, there were zero positive cases and no incidents where a quarantine was necessary. We found a child care situation that was much closer to us, or else we would have stayed.

We have had a terrible experience at this school. Amazing teachers but their leadership is unhelpful, judgmental and bottomline focused. Our 2 year old was demonized by management.

The infant classroom teachers are absolutely amazing. We so feel fortunate that our son was there. All four of the infant teachers were so dedicated to the wellbeing and happiness of each child and loved on our son every day! The directors are also wonderful. They are responsive, communicate well and very dedicated to the classroom experience. Thank you New Horizon!

We have been a family attending NHA Stapleton/Central park since little after they opened. Our oldest started when he was 3 years old, until he started Kinder at 5. Our youngest started when she was about 6 months old, and she still attends at 2. It was a little rocky at the beginning with a lot of changes in leadership, but I always felt my kids were taken care of. The new director, Lisa, has been there now for sometime, as she is very responsive to us, and shows that she cares about the families and teachers (she works so hard!!! I am always impressed of her work ethic). The teachers are great (shout out to Eneida (the baby whisperer), Kelley (who was able to help us potty train our oldest), Gracie, Paige, Noemi, Shanna, Tabby, Deya, Joey, Sa'Marye, Jackie, Ayasha, and the others I missed. We love them!). Also, I feel like other daycares/pre-schools have closed left and right with little heads-up, and that left families (specially those with frontline workers) alone to scramble. NHA has had great policies during COVID times, I think. Also, the facility is great. My kids have learned a lot, and the oldest was well-prepared for Kinder. I recommend it!
