Do NOT purchase Baccarat Rouge 540 from Neiman Marcus!! A wonderful perfume for $465. I purchased online from Neiman Marcus and received a bottle of what smells to be alcohol and water. ZERO FRAGRANCE! They will not issue a refund and are unapologetic about selling a total rip off, sub standard perfume as a high end fragrance!Theifs. They did issue a $125 credit. I bought a 2.4oz bottle of alcohol/ water for $240!!!I will also reach out to Maison Francis Kurkdjain and let them know Neiman Marcus is representing them extremely poorly.

Worse experience ever in the perfume dep spicific with saller her name wafa I believe she’s from Morocco she do not understand English or even Arabic well she’s rude ,disrespectful and meanThe manager on the beginning she thought we are did something deserving calling the police for us when she listen to the story and watching the videos, she coming in and start to apologize and ask us if she can help us and all those drama because my sister was asking her what kind of perfume on the floor and the seller was right away answer we don’t know because we use a lot of perfumes. If you’ve been smelling with someone ask them instead of she tell us I don’t know, but I can show you a nice perfume to let us buy it. And when my sister telling her why you’ve been so rude is there is a problem she jumping and she said I’m gonna call the police for you without no reason and she told the police we’ve been harassing her. She trying with lying story. I’m willing to spend 10,000 on any brand instant spent a zero on the place and soon I will post the videos because I was open a live with you on TikTok when all the drama happening and the manager, she was scared from my phone and she asked me to turn off the phone so she can talk to me The end of the story we’ve been by a perfume cost a $600 but I swear I will return it because they are not deserved a one dollar

Denver NM has by far the worst men’s department customer service of any NM. From the rude tailor to my former salesman. Called the store direct to speak with store management, was denied the opportunity to speak to management and was informed they do not have phones in their office. Really?

Amber was so helpful and kind!! It was my first time purchasing designer shoes and she was so patient and attentive. She was even nice enough to hold a shoe size for me if the order I received was too big. Amber made my experience at Neiman Marcus fun and exciting and I would recommend her help to anyone!

Recently ordered Dior fabric sling shoes in store and shipped to me for the reason they were out of stock on my size. Yet, received the wrong size. Just sort it out over the phone and online customer service was a terrible experience. Transferred over different places still no resolution. Not worth spending money!Edit: Ended up going to the store, and the sales girl was fantastic and able to help to correct the purchase. But their general customer service on the phone and online could be better.

I went to get some purple jeans and the person that helped me was extremely nice. When your customer service is like this you dont mind spending money in the store. Being nice is free and they get that at Neiman Marcus. She didnt care if i was spending 200$ or 1000$ she was equally nice. Thank you for your politeness and service. Thats worth more than any amount of money❤️

Amber R in shoes was absolutely amazing! She helped my best friend with styling and fitting her first pair of Christian Louboutins and provided her with a wonderful customer service experience. We will definitely be going back to purchase more with Amber!

Every time I go into the store and look at the shoes, there’s a guy that “helps” people. But never seems to want to help me since I’m a teen, went in there with pure intentions to buy some shoes but I don’t feel like giving my money to someone who doesn’t seem to care about helping customers other than older people or Caucasians. I do want to say thank you to the lady who did offer to help outside of where she was. This isn’t the first time the guy has done that as well as having people follow me around the store.

I placed the below review and gave a 1 star. I have changed it to a 5 star as Neiman Marcus corrected this issue. Their response was quick and Tito Garcia who was my sales rep called me back immediately. It was not his fault at all as the belt was defective. They shipped me a new belt immediately and have corrected the problem. Thank you Tito and Neiman Marcus. The next time I'm in Chicago, I will be back to shop for more.You are better off purchasing a $10.00 belt at any other store. I purchased a $500.00 Ferragamo belt, wore it roughly 10 times and it fell apart in my hand. I called Neiman Marcus and they simply stated, "I'm sorry but you have owned the belt for longer than 30 days." What kind of service and hospitality is that? No offer to replace or repair. Quality and Service is a joke. Hope nobody else gets robbed.

Was pretty disappointed in the customer service at the perfume counters. I was wanting to purchase a Guerlain perfume I had smelled in Paris which is around $400 and the woman behind the counter would not make me a sample to make sure that was the scent I wanted before purchasing. Not the accommodation I expect from a luxury brand store. I'll purchase directly from the company instead.
