This is my go to store! I have been shopping at Natural Grocers since I moved to Denver four years ago and will continue to do so. Natural Grocers has all the good brands, great selection and all organic produce. What’s not to love, thank you Natural Grocers and the wonderful team at RiNo for always being helpful!

Came in here on Thursday afternoon, and i must say the Security Guard working there was super professional. Kind, friendly, and was very on point about doing his job. Didn't get his name, but A+ service.
Didn't get the cashiers name but he had a really cool Halloween mask and it was a very smooth check out.

They're frequently low on stock for a lot of stuff. Tons of vegan ice cream, if that's your thing.

This store is terrible. Their produce selection is a joke and they are often out of basic core items like strawberries, blueberries, romaine lettuce mushrooms or other common grocery store products.
You can’t do complete grocery shopping here and that’s definitely a reason to shop elsewhere.
With all the apartments popping up around here, I hope this store improves to meet the demand of the area.

The sandwiches I purchased were very dried out and the lettuce was wilted. The cashier's were actually quite rude and not willing to assist me with questions or even check out when I was ready to. I was asked to go to a different cashier 3 times even though the line I was moved from continued to be checked out.

I normally don't do this but the dude working the register closest to the door last night had one of the most condescending attitudes I have ever encountered at any establishment. In the unfortunate scenario where that guy is scheduled on a day I wanted to shop here, I will be going elsewhere. I wasn't going to say anything but after sitting on it for an evening I felt I had to say something about this flagrantly rude individual. *Every single other employee i have encountered at this location has been nothing short of wonderful*

For the past month consistently - The meat I’ve purchased has gone bad (I.e., foul smelling, inedible) far before the expiration date listed on the package. I’ve brought in the meat requesting a refund and they refund me HALF the amount I purchase and make it a huge ordeal that I’m bringing it in…. Very irritating to be overly questioned for wanting refunds for the spoiled meat they sold. I truly do not recommend you waste your time or money.

Amazing staff, store and location, near a food desert. So it's really nice having this store nearby! Kameron helped me sign up for the Npower and was very helpful. Other staff that help me are Bernice, Kelly Fernando, Aaron, Rachel, Reece, Frank, and Andrus.
