I’m a frequent, long time shopper at this store on Tennyson. The customer service has improved a lot over the past few years. However, they really need to teach their cashiers to properly bag groceries. One of them literally throws the groceries into the bag with zero attention. While I appreciate the help, I don't like smashed items. Please do proper training. It’s really not that hard. Perhaps employees should train at the Colfax store in Lakewood - that is the BEST NG location!

Store is decent but too expensive. Paid $3.50 before taxes for one non organic red pepper for example. Lots of other items in the store are similarly priced. I live down the street and only go for the occasional thing. Would shop here more often if their prices reflected their quality.

Awful location compared to the rest. Never have things in stock. Empty shelve, poorly organized, poor attitude management. Shop instacart at this store a lot in the past but never have the items customers want to the point they have told me they will just order next time from sprouts instead. Every time I shop orders at this store I miss out on $5-$10 of pay due to out of stock items or items made available to purchase that aren’t even carried by the store. Not to mention any time you need help finding anything in this poorly organized store you spend 10 mins looking for anyone that’s not at a register. They usually have to call someone out of a cave in the back to come help. Other Natural grocers stores are not like this. Every other location I go to is stocked appropriately, friendly helpful go out of their way staff that are out in the isles helping other customers or straightening product/stocking.

Natural Grocers is one of the very best grocers in the entire world! They even even provide free nutrition counseling. Given, they give you recommendations for things in the store, but you don’t have to follow their purchase advice. They even give you a $25 coupon For meeting with them, amazing!

It's a natural grocer. If you understand the value of that, you will appreciate this store. I always have an excellent experience and find the products I need.My only hesitation is the cashier that is always dressed quite flamboyantly, in drag queen-like attire. They certainly look live a five year old about to go to a tutu party, complete with feathers and head-piece, sequins, short skirt, tutu, and bare skin showing.What happened to dressing professionally?

wow, this place is so sad. I mean it is a grocery store and they do a decent job of keeping stock. it just feels weird when you are the only only customer in the store and the staff do not even great you. I mean they only have 4 shopping carts that should have been retired several decades ago. Yea
