TRASH! I emailed Jim Howe files of prints on a Monday, and asked him to have them done by Friday. He said he was able to do that. I called him on Thursday and asked him if he had finished my prints...he said his printer broke down the previous day and that he was waiting for the guy to come and fix it. He said the guy overnighted the piece, so the printer should be fixed any minute. I asked him if he would still be able to get my prints done on time, and he said he'd let me know since it depended on the printer being fixed on time. He never once called me to let me know whether or not the printer had been fixed and if he could or could not fulfill his promised services. How does one do business like that?! Maybe you'd get more service if you actually were an honest businessman and you weren't so angry on the phone. I will tell everyone I know to never use your services ever!

I've been coming to these guys since 2011 for concert posters and flyers. Now I use them for product labels, flyers, and much more for my cannabis business. The quality is unrivaled and the service is top notch. They always go above and beyond. Today I had an emergency rush job and once again Jim went out of his way to help me out. Best print shop in Denver, thanks guys!
