This Napa is part of the distribution center, so they are more likely to have hard-to-find parts. They also can ship items in same day or next day. Although the store is often crowded, you take a numbered ticket upon entering, and they get through the line quickly.

Came in 15 minutes till close on a Sunday evening was called up within a minute or two explaining my situation having purchased countless water pumps ( I’ve owned 3 of the exact same vehicles)and apparently losing the receipts ????? i said i have the number used but they operate different from auto zone etc she was very helpful and understanding found the invoice from years ago and they had me out of there with a smile on their face aswell as mine, thats customer service anybody else that close to closing likely would have said beat it, go pound sand which i honestly expected I was hesitant to even try i have had more difficulty with a receipt in hand(being an independent mechanic for over a decade) but i did and I’m sure am glad i did. On the brink of giving up on my classic car breaks my heart truly. No other parts store is above NAPA in my opinion.

The wait usually sucks, their staff are not pleasant, are not knowledgeable and always check your your receipt because they like to try charging you for a box of something when you're only buying of the items in that box they got from the warehouse. This happens alot there.I sent my wife to pickup a few parts, she had part numbers, sku numbers (from napa website) and screenshots from website. The person at parts counter was rude to begin with, then tried to tell her he need vehicle info (it's for a heavy duty truck, only 1 person at this location seems to be able to lookup heavy-duty so I lookup everything myself)she re-iterated that she had part numbers and sku numbers. He got mouthy. So she said she would just get another number and work with someone else. The employee tried to egg her into an argument. Again, most staff at this location should be let go, re-trained or snacked up side the head...Overall, go somewhere else unless this napa is the only option.

I came in yesterday and was awesome! Martina helped me out and got me on my way, great conversation, helpful, kind and wonderful.I came back today and was called up by Michael he was mean, aggressive, loud and would not listen to help me. I asked for a different associate, he wanted to argue with me. Just a cruel miserable man. When I returned with another number he tried to be nasty again, I told him I didn't want to speak with him. It felt like he wanted to pick a fight with me.My new number was called and Bri helped me out, she was knowledgeable, kind, funny and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to help me in seconds just by simply listening.

20 minutes in line, 15 minutes for associate to find and bring forth a normal AGM battery. 30 minutes in line for core return. At what point do you even need a store front? Hiring obese and incompetent cashiers that don’t have a sense of urgency to help anyone, let alone themselves is disheartening. Like watching Wall-E live in person.Come on NAPA, you’re a great company…. Who’s in charge of hiring?? Do better, all customers are asking of you is the bare minimum of your job duties. Not even above and beyond because the track record shows consistent under delivery.It’s easy to not suck if you just literally do your job.The basics.

Disappointed in the communication of this store. Ordered and pre paid on Thursday called Friday it’s not ready even though i was promised next day pickup. They said it would be ready by Saturday, I called Sunday was told everything was ready and there I specifically said I would be there in an hour. Once I get there my order is lost and I had to wait another hour to to ultimately not get most of my order. The assistant manager offered her apologies and offered some solutions so I do appreciate that. I just wish I hadn’t wasted most of my morning here, would have been completely different if there was better communication between staff and customers.

I’ll travel the extra to distance for One special associate Andrew , I’ve known him from other establishments, his knowledge of parts is amazing, when own a classic car he goes the extra distance to help you and get you the correct parts you need , always helpful and knowledgeable a great asset to our industry
