I was racially profiled today. I like myxed up and enjoyed shopping there. I went in to see what kind of candles they had because one of the previous clerks recommended them, so instead of going to a traditional store I went to myxed up. I went to check out the candles I SMELLED one and went to look for other scents and I didn’t see any I liked, so I left. A few seconds later an employee was taking photos of me and my car and never addressed me about the matter. I left then came back around to talk to the employee and I told them I never stole. They informed me they didn’t check the cameras they just assumed it was me when there was another customer in there. Why would I go to a smoke shop to steal a candle what sense does that make!!!

I came in here a few days ago looking for joint tips and had the absolute pleasure of talking to RayRay. She helped me with the tips and we talked a while longer. I told her I was new and town and really liked the brand Blazy Susan. She told me all about them and where their proceeds from different colored products go and that they would even be adding a new one. She also told me about their carbon filters which were so cool and something I had never heard of. She wasn’t just knowledgeable about product but knew about the company as well. She told me all about myxedupcreations, the owners, and how they got arrested back in the 80s or 90s when they first opened up back in the day for selling glass. Super cool store. Even cooler staff. RayRay is a rock star

Rachel was absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have made an almost $500 purchase. She helped me find the perfect product I needed and wanted, she was very informative and gave me AMAZING customer service. She also helped me sign up for rewards, I definitely recommend asking for her but not only that this location. Thank you Rachel!!!!

I was going to the one in aurora. There was a manager there named Ray. They got moved to the Denver one. I will drive the extra time just to see ray. Always makes my day better seeing Ray. Great attitude, and always helpful!

Broke a piece, needed a new one; was greeted with an opened door where Kyle and Rae offered a really friendly welcome. Sincerely excellent service, felt like I was talking to old friends. Walked out with two beautiful items for about $50, which is seriously great.
This is a local legacy business; they also sponsor neighborhood kids for schooling; all around good people making some money but also giving back to the community. Happy to support this spot based on what I experienced today. ??

Went to buy a vape lady was helpful, until it was leaking when I filled in the parking lot, went back, said no returns, then asked what I wanted to do, went to take my stuff back and she flipped out on me, so needless to say I won't be back when crazy works there and sells me something I can't use and won't return

Everytime I've come here, I have found something unique. The incense collection here is stellar. Dez is soooo good at making suggestions and is knowledgeable on the products. He creates a great vibe and even though I don't buy what most buy in a head shop, again, I find things that are relative to me! This place is great!
