The lobby is amazing. The rooms are so small. No closet. No coffee maker. Clean and cute but when you have to take the table and chairs off the hanging pegs to use them, it’s a bit dysfunctional. That being said, the lobby/bar area is a great place to work. The games in the bar area were fun as well. Oh and the $49 valet is crazy. This hotel caters to people who don’t like to hang out in the hotel room.Rooms: Tiny. No closet. No coffee maker. Clean. Loud when dumpster truck comes by.

We enjoyed the hotel lobby and the hotel itself seemed nice. However, our room must have been right next to a loading dock and dumpsters or something because we woke up to the extremely loud noise of trucks and dumping all night long. I was extremely disappointed, hoping to get a good nights stay away from home and ended up having a worse night sleep. I almost considered leaving at 2am because it was so loud. The bathroom being open in the room wasn’t great and the door was loud. The location to everything near by was good walking distance but just not the location of our room. I wish we would have known this before hand. So I would suggest don’t stay in room 216.

Typical fun Moxy experience but a couple of red flags could be ironed out. Just one single common area iron which barely functions. Had to request the offered in room iron three times, took six+ hours. Following up / service recovery would be appreciated. Also, some misunderstanding of Bonvoy benefits such as check out times is a tad frustrating. But otherwise a nice comfortable stay.

Nice no frills hotel at great location but have you ever been to a place where they are more interested in making excuses than taking care of a problem? We had two problems and both times, the initial response was to deny accountability. For valet parking, it was "it's a third party, there is nothing we can do. For housekeeping it was "you should not have asked the housekeeping manager, you're supposed to call the front desk".

Rooms are beautiful, on the small side but everything we needed. The service here is 20 out of 10. Every single employee treated us like we'd known them for years. Jake, Alicia, Kallem, were AMAZING!! If Millennials or Gen Z created a hotel brand Moxy would be it!!! Fun, sexy, sultry, laid back, cool feeling. Would stay again and again.

Stayed for 1 night for our wedding anniversary. It was just the kind of cozy to make our stay so special! Love the free drink as you check in and the Photo Booth in lobby. Clean, super cute, and worth staying!I will mention there’s a parking garage right behind it for $15 a day if you don’t want the $50 valet service.Rooms: Updated modern decor, with very comfortable beds.Nearby activities: You can walk to nearby bars and restaurants in the area. Cherry Cricket closes after midnight and is a quick walk from hotel.

Definitely will not be coming back here after seeing an older white male berate their co worker racially. I will not tolerate such disgusting, discriminatory behavior. I hope that he loses his job after tonight. He is a bartender at the Moxy Cherry Creek location. May management let him go or i will file a hate speech complaint with local authorities.

The room was clean and nice. And then the environment was convivial. I would definitely come back again! Overall, everything went well!

Came to Denver for a wedding and this place was the best for us. Right near the venue and all the other good food spots and spots like the Denver garden and amphitheater. We were able to have our bags with valet after checkout since flight delay and explore the city more and the downstairs lounge bar. Friendly staff too!

Very unhappy with out stay. Paid for a Mountain View room and got a room facing another building. Rooms are tiny. It was veryyyy loud and the heater didn’t work. Then when we were trying to sleep the fire alarm went off and wouldn’t shut off. To top it off, a maid walked right on in over an hour before check out without even knocking and seen my boyfriend completely naked. Was told by the front desk person that I’d get a full refund, and that I just had to have Expedia call them and they would issue the refund. I go through all the work to get Expedia to call them just to learn that they refuse to give one. Not a great experience for our first night in Denver.Rooms: Rooms are tiny and loud, our heater didn’t work and the fire alarm randomly went off. Don’t stay with family unless you want them to be able to see you showering.

Writing this review as multiple policy, which happened tonight. I received a text message with another guest name from a non-hotel area, code, phone number, asking how my stay was from the front desk. Individual would be my guess contacted the hotel phone number directly. Spoke to the individual who replied to my text messages confirming that they had sent it out refused to give any information to me and then laughed at me when I said this is a breach of privacy and I’ll be contacting the corporate number. Contact the one 800 number for Marriott and they did confirm that multiple policy breaches happens tonight first being that they do not text their guests, they did not confirm the guest information on the registration card at check-in, they also gave out a guest information to a wrong phone number and I could go on. Needless to say, I’ll be contacted by the regional Director within the next 72 hours with an apology as to what and why this happened. I will not be staying with his friend and hotel with Marriott anytime soon nor did I have any plans in the first place.

Staff was underwhelming/non-existent. The rooms are small, the pillows and bed are cheap and awful. The thermostat is right next to the bed with a very bright light on it. If you actually want to get some sleep, book elsewhere.
