For posterity: we had a great experience with Movemasters.
Moving is not fun, ever, but I have moved way too many times and seen the good and the bad and the extremely bad, and they were very good. Communication ahead of time was great (really thoughtful video walkthrough done by the owner of the company), their quote was quickly turned around and very reasonable, they were honest about supply pricing and saved me some money by sending me to U-Haul for boxes to use in advance, and the day-of pricing was very close to the quote they gave [based on hourly rate]. The team at our house was really solid— they were efficient but careful with our stuff, pleasant to be around, and really communicative about how it would be most helpful to organize the storage unit on the other end. I hope no one ever has use for this tip because moving is another circle of hell no matter what, but figured I would share because I have truly seen it all.

Move Masters is amazing! I will definitely be going with them the next time we need help moving, and have already recommended them to friends. From our original conversations with Brian to Henry and his team during the actual move we experienced transparency, professionalism, kindness, and hard work. We have never used a moving company before and were thoroughly impressed. They also had the greatest prices compared to 5 other companies we worked with. The company owner even reached out a couple of weeks after the move to check in. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Move Masters for both packing and moving services! We had a local move, and could not have been more satisfied with the crew that showed up for packing (4 guys), and the crew that showed up the next day (6 guys) for our move.
They were professional, polite, and efficient. This was not our first local move, and after working with Move Masters, I couldn't believe the night and day difference between the company that we worked with previously. Our video call estimate was easy to coordinate, and the quote was more than fair for the services provided.
When the move was finished, we actually ended up paying less than what was quoted as the guys hustled to get the trucks unloaded.
Nothing was broken during the move, and they stuck around for a walk through to make sure everything was where it needed to be. 10/10!

I would strongly recommend against working with this company. I purchased custom furniture through an out-of-state interior design firm who contracted with Movemasters for the receiving and delivery. A valuable, brand new custom chair was damaged by them while in their possession. Unfortunately their form of remediation was to cite their ability to repair it to 'satisfactory' (as determined by THEM) conditions, and offer no refund (whether full or partial) for the expensive item. They offered to deliver the chair free of charge for the 'inconvenience.' Through my interaction with Movemasters to request resolution, I felt they have no interest in customer service, and more importantly, the impact that their thoughtlessness has on clients, financial or otherwise. I would advise reading the complaint filed against them on BBB and the less-than-favorable reviews here (along with their rebuttals). Unfortunately for me, the contract was with my interior designer so I was not individually able to file a formal complaint via BBB (although they did accuse me of 'libel comment' at the suggestion of involving BBB or sharing a negative review...) From my experience, Movemasters' principal concern is to not be held responsible or accountable to customers, and in my situation they showed disregard for upholding standards that one would receive elsewhere (ie. when a retailer breaks, damages, or refurbishes an item, one isn't expected to pay full price, and when I had furniture damage from a prior move, a credit was issued). Unfortunately my hard-earned income was already spent on this and now I am out the money and out a chair. Advice: you have LOTS of options when it comes to movers. Go with somebody else. Find somebody that at least feigns caring about you and your beloved things. And if you opt for Movemasters, VERY CAREFULLY read your contract before you commit. Pray that nothing goes wrong.

Movemasters was one of 3 companies I hired in different cities during a recent move. They were by far the most professional and helpful of all the companies I hired. There were a couple issues that came up, but everything was handled and taken care of in a way that made it right. I had a piece of furniture that got some damage, and it was unclear who was at fault, but they took responsibility without question or prompting and sent out a person to get it repaired. The guys even patiently helped me while I put together a heavy desk, which is difficult to do on my own. They were professional, quick, careful, and used the best techniques to maneuver bulky items.

There's a traffic jam on US 36 and this company's box truck got about a foot away from my bumper and wanted to speed up to the traffic jam. I then watched it cut people off in an effort to try and beat a traffic jam. Totally unsafe and reckless. In a vehicle like that, you are playing with people's lives. If you don't take it seriously, you don't belong on the road.

This moving company is IT! The one that you should choose for all of your moving needs!!! They were amazing, super fast, easy and efficient! I HIGHLY recommend them! Move masters Denver is 10/10! Bryan, the manager is so professional, answers all of your questions, alleviates any concerns and the company in whole delivers beyond expectations. The crew we had to do the loading onto truck was very detail oriented, gentle, and took their time. You did not feel like they were rushing at all. Once our move was complete Bryan even circled back and made sure all was good start to finish with the move. You will not be disappointed with Denver move masters!

Movemasters were amazing from the time of the first email till the last box was delivered. Phil and his team were punctual and super professional the whole day. They dealt with some elevator issues at our prior home, along with some other unruly residents with poise and professionalism. We've moved many times over the last 10+ years and Phil and Movemasters were really great. Highly recommend!

I have used Movemasters as my number 1 moving company since 2012. There is no company better out there!
I have probably moved 6 times during the last 12 years and it was a distance from 2 1/2 hours east of Denver to within the Denver city limits!
Not one thing was ever broken or damaged due to Movemasters! On several occasions Tim has gone above and beyond for me!
These guys are the best of the best and I could not say this if it wasn’t the absolute truth!
If your things are important to you don’t trust anyone else! Movemasters is definitely the company to choose!

I am the Store Manager for Extra Space Storage in Lone Tree, CO. One of my tenants was moving in today and her movers Travis, Imanol and Jessie were so considerate of my other tenants while moving my new tenant in. They had to semi block the exit gate while moving items in due to the location of my tenants unit and would move the truck whenever another tenant of mine needed to exit. Very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Movemasters! Thank you guys for your patience and proactiveness. This process couldn’t have been any smoother!

In 2023 my son contracted with Movemasters for a move to his second floor condo (no elevator) that included moving a lot of heavy furniture. I was impressed with the crew so I turned to Movemasters for my move to a condo this year. Again, I was impressed with the crew and the job they did. The care they took with everything, especially the heavy furniture & grandfather clock assured me that I hired the right company. I've moved a large household several times, both long and short distances, and this is the first time that I haven't had any damage, not even a scratch.
