Dr Steve spent so much time with both dogs, and adequately addressed the issues each had. More importantly, they have very different personalities and he respected that and treated them as such. Last, but certainly not least, he kisses them and does wonderful baby talk to the dogs, which makes me think he truly cares.

I truly think Dr. Steve and his team love my Joey more that I do. I have a foster fail that has arthritis. We make monthly visits for injections and they've never once been difficult to schedule, always room for Joey. I appreciate the support team so much, truly care about each pet, as much or more than the pet parents.
