This period was undoubtedly challenging; we were aware of its inevitability and had made the best preparations possible. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the support provided by Monarch Society during the days that followed the loss of our cherished Father. Their compassionate and considerate approach, along with their patience and tranquility in guiding us, will always be remembered. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Monarch Society for their assistance during this trying time.

At the worst time of my life, arranging the cremation of my beloved wife facing a terminal cancer diagnosis with just weeks to live, The Monarch Society provided solace, assurance and expertise to my wife and me. Tiffany treated us with empathy and professionalism during our first agonizing visit and again at the follow-up visit. She patiently and carefully answered our questions. No one should sugarcoat the terrible experience of arranging the funeral or cremation of a loved one. But Tiffany’s calm, attentive guidance to us about the process helped fill in the blanks in our knowledge, which provided us with the assurance that, as terrible as we knew our future was going to be, she and her colleagues would help us every step of the way. That assurance provided us with a modicum of peace of mind at a critical time when we plainly lacked it. Now, four months after my wife died, I can look back and thank The Monarch Society for its assistance to me and our family. And I can now finally write this Google review and recommend The Monarch Society to anyone considering the cremation of their loved one.

My family utilized the services of the Monarch Society on two occasions, with a 14-year gap in between. Rayanne and her team have consistently shown understanding and provided valuable assistance. Having experienced other funeral homes, I wholeheartedly endorse the Monarch Society to others and intend to engage their services again, albeit hopefully not for a long time.

My mother set herself up with this final wishes organization in the 1970's. When my dad came to live with me so I could care for him, I suggested he get his own wishes completed with them and prepaid. He agreed and I am so glad. My dad passed away recently. The entire process of everything a person must do after a close family member dies is absolutely overwhelming. Monarch Society takes the burden of some of the most urgent unpleasant duties off of the family. You know all is being handled with the utmost respect and attention to even the smallest details. The things Monarch did were the items on the extensive to-do list about which I did not have to worry, and what a relief. Justina went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a timely manner and with such professionalism. I recommend everyone have pre-planning done by Monarch. It saves the family so much turmoil to know it is all taken care of.

When I was looking for cremation services for my mom, it was disheartening to call several funeral providers only to be immediately directed to a website where all prearrangements were to be made. Such personal and intimate planning requires personal handling, which is exactly what I got, in spades, with Rayanne and her team members at Monarch Society. From the very first phone call, Rayanne guided me through the process with compassion and patience and helped navigate all my questions with reassurance and respect. Monarch Society made a potentially difficult process into a simple, straight forward experience. They anticipate almost everything you will encounter and are ready to help with questions. No upselling took place and I was made very comfortable in my dealings with them.This is a small company so expect highly personalized care. I could not have been happier in a difficult time.
