I cannot speak highly enough about Craig or how lovely his Mod Livin store is. It’s always such a delight to shop there, as the store is curated with the most amazing and beautiful pieces. Beyond that, Craig himself is the absolute best and make the entire experience worthwhile.

Found this place on the web searching for new living room furniture and stopped in. The pieces I had bookmarked were in the shop to see and sit in--that really helped seal the deal and then there was Craig, who guided us through our choices, options and logistics. He stored one item until the other pieces arrived and we used one of the delivery services he recommended. It was a breeze and we love our new furniture! And Craig! Plus, it's a great store to browse around besides all the stuff online. It's so worth a visit.

We just recently renovated our house and are starting to slowly decorate. We stopped at Mod Livin' Modern and were blown away! Not only is the store filled with beautiful treasures but John and Craig are the BEST! The knowledge they have on everything furniture in addition to their kindness and high vibes makes this place one of my favorite places to shop! Thanks guys! See you soon

Love this hip store! They offer well-made quality brands (vintage too) at reasonable prices with excellent hands-on service. I’ve purchased BluDot through Craig two times now and have benefitted from his knowledge of this brand and excellent service including prompt call backs, emails and delivery of furniture to my home. I highly recommend Craig and Mod Livin’.

Even if you aren’t going to buy you need to go in for the experience. They have newer modern furniture in the front and antique MCM in the back and upstairs and down. I was really impressed!!!

Not the best section of town, but what a great eclectic little store! I went specifically to see what they offer from Gus* Furniture. Not a lot, but enough to give me a god idea of Gus' quality. We spent about another 45 minutes exploring all of the nooks and crannies within the store. We will definitely be back!

Visiting CO from AZ and wanted to check out the MCM spots. This was by far my favorite furniture store in Denver. Craig and the other gentleman there (can’t remember his name) were super nice and helpful. They have a huge selection of vintage items and an amazing vintage basement. Definitely worth checking out!

We just moved to Denver and needed some pieces for our new place. We found an amazing vintage dining set and a couple of super comfortable chairs. These guys are awesome! We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

My boyfriend and I recently moved back to Denver and decided to pop into Mod Livin' to take a look at the Gus sofas. We were warmly greeted by Craig and as it was our first time in the store, he let us know they also had refurbished mid century items as well as the new ones inspired by the classics! The collection of furniture was amazing and made it hard to narrow down what we wanted. We ultimately went with a vintage dining table and chairs, that were in immaculate condition, and two vintage velvet arm chairs. If I could have bought out the store, I would have.Craig was amazing and helpful the whole way through and just a joy to chat with. I WILL be back. It's a sickness, I am hooked.

I recently purchased a kitchen table and 2 night stands for a house I was moving into in the neighborhood. Not only do I love the pieces, they were reasonable priced, and the customer service was outstanding. I was able to hold my furniture for almost a month, until after I moved. And, the owner delivered them for free on the day and time I requested. I look forward to finding more treasures in the future.
