This company does not stand behind their clothing. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I recently wrote the Miller International because a pair of Cinch jeans we purchase only 5 months ago are ripping out and can no longer be worn. Customer Service replied and said it's normal wear and tear. If you want to spend $90 on a pair of jeans that last 5 months, then this is the brand for you. If not, I would keep shopping.

I came here for the first time today and it was a great experience. The employee who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd never shopped for jeans with so many options before and she helped me figure out how to shop, what looked right on me, what to feel for and look for, without any kind of awkwardness. The store was very clean and nice but also comfortable. Felt like upscale shopping with friendly country comfort.

The clothes I've purchased from Miller are really well made and fit right...style & comfort! The men's dress shirts are particularly great. The fabrics are of such high quality. I've been very impressed . They look so great on my husband!

Not a company I would ever work for again. Treat the store employees like crap, upstairs will get a big decent Christmas bonus but store employees get a bonus only if the store meets a goal that seems to be set higher than most months can be reached. Also store employees are rarely included in any of the activities Cinch throws for upstairs employees. Pay absolutely sucks, you will not be able to live in Colorado with it and you can make more at a fast food restaurant. You can be there for years and only make between $.20 - $1.00 more and that's if your lucky to be promoted to a key holder. Can't keep managers around for more than a year, because the big bosses upstairs suck, inconsiderate and are ruining the company. They overall don't take care/care for store employees as the same as upstairs employees, can't make a living, can't enjoy being at work.
