Been going to this place for years have always been awesome. Dealing with the people that work there are awesome . It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. But my advice to anyone who needs help with any kind of Apple products definitely this is my number one place to go, I resell laptops and phones so if I can’t fix it I go to them .

I wrote them just to get an estimate to repair a back glass. They responded back saying they can't provide an estimate. (Only in person! )Which indicates to me shady business practices or pure laziness.Making a customer drive to a facility to get an estimate on a phone repair is ridiculous.You're not renovating a house or installing a water heater. You're replacing a piece of glass on a phone. SMH

COST ME $175 TO FIX A MOTO G STYLUS SCREEN.WHEN I PICKED UP MY PHONE IT WAS NOT THE SAME PHONE. THIS PHONE THEY GAVE ME THE STYLIST DOESN'T COME OUT NOW AND THE BACK CAMERA GLASS JUST POPS OFF RANDOMLY. THE SCREEN IS DIM EVEN ON THE HIGHEST SETTING. I HAVE THREE PHONES ALL MOTO STYLUS G AND THE ONE THEY "REPAIRED" IS DIM COMPARED TO THE OTHERS.(((BE CAREFUL HERE)))

BEST phone store in the metro area. The staff provides great customer service. The owner is exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. He's very experienced with phones and repairing them. Really good selection of products. Also amazing deals, helped me tremendously. I definitely will be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They replaced crystal on my Google pixel 3A, cracked once again soon thereafter under no duress and camera has not been able to focus since. I left a voicemail, have not heard back, and need to get a new phone now. This was almost a month ago but I've been out of the country for a few weeks.

VAN is awesome! He helped me get started with my iPhone that I wasn’t too sure about using to begin with. If you ever need to run a report on your device go to the expert VAN! He takes his time, he cares! He’ll point you in the right direction and he charges reasonable prices! Thank you again so much.

Big, big, BIG shout-outs to VAN & DANIEL!! These guys came through in a moment's notice when I needed my phone replaced. I don't think I could've found a cheaper and better place to go to. From now on, if I have ANY phone issues, I'm going here ONLY!! ??????

Beware of the 3RD rate low quality products these guys sell to unaware clients and customers - they don't last and they don't give refunds or even receipts.... they charge whatever they decide at the moment, depending on their mood and your clothing or something- BEWARE
