I’ve been with them twice to fix my car and the two times I’ve been with them they did an AMAZING Job left my car looking brand new they even washed it couldn’t have been more satisfied and if I have any other incidents, I will for sure be coming back to them and I did run into some problems and they were so helpful and caring and thoughtful such nice workers as well I would recommend this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !

Amazing service. They were extremely courteous and finished the repairs on my car quickly. When I went to pick up my car there was a slight hold up due to the fact that my battery was almost dead which prevented system calibrations so they ended up covering the cost of a new battery even though it was no fault of their own. Really impressed.

Dropped my totaled car off by the suggestion of my insurance and somehow my car has vanished off there lot where the conventionally dont have cameras

The team at Crash Champions went above and beyond to fix my rear bumper after being crashed into. You can't even tell there was ever damage. They were all so easy and nice to work with too!! 10/10Services: Painting

My 2016 Tacoma was sent here for repairs after I was in a t-bone collision. The crew here at crash champions were on top of it the whole time. There were a few mishaps where new paint didn’t stick or there was a faulty wire on a sensor and these guys made sure to communicate everything along the way and made sure to not give me back my truck until it was back to 100%. Even with a few date setbacks on getting my truck back I couldn’t be more than happy with the service and care they provided. Things like that were not the fault of the shop and basically out of their control, and they still managed to be timely and get me back on the road as soon as possible. I highly recommend this shop for repairs. Ethan was my main point of contact and he was a five star guy! The manager as well (cannot remember his name at the moment) was very helpful and a standup guy. Couldn’t have asked for better.

They scheduled me for an evaluation and repair and then called me 15 minutes before my appointment on the day to cancel it because they never received paperwork however never sent me any paperwork to review or complete. Made no sense. They blamed it on the call center making a mistake. Not good customer service. Asked multiple times for clarification on what they would need to schedule an appt and they continued to be vague, telling me to ask my insurance. Not reliable, disorganized, and highly inconvenient and inconsiderate of my time.

Ethan was simply OUTSTANDING!! So personable, attentive, compassionate, and just damn good at his job. Sandy at the front desk was also wonderful! The communication and turn around times on returning phone calls couldn’t have been better! For any future needs, I won’t hesitate on going back! Went for an interview, was asked illegal interview questions including my age and whether or not I have kids. Owner's wife was the only one who asked me any questions pertaining to the job.
