I must say I had the best car buying experience ever at Mile High auto Sales in Englewood CO. If you are not buying your car here you are at the wrong dealership. They have followed through with everything they have said or promised. They are super helpful and no hard sales. I let them know my parameters for purchasing a car and they followed my lead. Thanks To Ahmed and the Whole team who helped.

These guys were great to work with. They are great at communicating and everything went smoothly and quickly. They answered all of our questions and work hard to give you a solution to any issues. My boyfriend and I are very satisfied with our new car, it works great and has been very reliable going back and forth from Greeley to Loveland. I appreciate them for being so honest and friendly! If I ever need another vehicle again, I will definitely check them out!

I bought a car here, at the time of purchase I asked if they gave any type of guarantee and the answer was no, no emission and only seeing the car we decided to buy, I brought it to my house and I had to go to work, I went in my other car and the next day when I saw the car had a coolant leak, a mechanic checked it and said that the radiator was destroyed, I wrote to them and they told me that I already had the car and it was damaged and they don't know what could have happened in those days and that I should fix it, I ask again if it has any guarantee since this damage was before the purchase and they did not respond further, they proceeded to delete the post about the sale of the car from Facebook and surely everything will remain like this, and waiting for That when you can use the car there will be no more damage. This is very bad, I hope someone can read this review and not trust only what you see at the beginning, very bad attention and service. postscript: when I purchased the car I notified Facebook that I had already sold the car and in my account I use my phone to post a good review and since I deleted the post, I can't even update it; Surely the same thing has happened to many.

I bought my first car from Mile High Auto over the weekend. Obviously, being a single woman I was nervous of being taken advantage of in a market that I knew very little about. Not only did I get an amazing deal, I got a dealership for life that I now know, like and trust. Ahmed looked out for me, and made sure I understood everything in regards to financing. I work part time, and he was able to get me qualified due to his status with financial institutions. He showed me how to check the fluids, and even showed me how to change a tire! It was an amazing experience. I recommend them to everyone, and especially single women like me with limited knowledge in this arena.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing when it comes to pricing on used cars. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are well taken care of and they make sure to get you in and out in no time! I would highly recommend them to absolutely everyone.And guess what, their cars even come with a fantastic warranty for a whopping 3 months! Be cautious. This is the first time in years we've had to purchase a car with a "bonded" title. Retired and our primary car was totalled so we were looking for a value.The Buick CUV we went there to see was pretty rough, but my spouse took to a BMW 328d Xdrive. It was a very clean car, the test drive went well and my examination for obvious issues was not troubling. So we left a deposit and they came down and offered a better price that was acceptable. They agreed to repair some interior cosmetic pieces as well.I checked the cars history, CarFax and it noted some cosmetic damages but nothing earth shattering.So we closed the deal and picked up the car five days ago. They didn't fix the interior pieces but I bought new scuff plate retainers for less than $10, not a big deal.I would have given them a four star rating at least, except this evening as we were entering I25 suddenly the car was weaving and handling turned into a nightmare. We pulled over and the left rear trailing arm was completely snapped in half.It's not a terribly expensive part, $30-40 bucks but I'm unable to do the work myself and after contacting Mile High I learned that they would be willing to fix it but it was likely going to cost me for towing, services, etc. They were suggesting we hit a curb or a pothole, but that didn't happen, they were obfuscating. I figured around $500 from the sums he was tossing around.Anyway, I may have made a mistake in purchasing this car. I'm having a local reputable shop fix the trailing arm and they're going to do a thorough inspection. I will update this review with the results, but in the mean I think it would be worthwhile to be cautious and get any purchase inspected before closing.

We were helping our granddaughter find a Jeep that would meet her standard for looks and one that would be mechanically sound. We had looked at so many before arriving at Mile High Auto Sales. She fell in love with the Jeep Renegade at first sight.. Her grandpa had brought a test instrument with him to check various electronic items and did find some things that were troublesome. The car had a rebuilt title so we knew where the original damage had been. Ahmad was able to quickly figure out what the problem was and replaced the part. That ended up fixing all the codes that had been showing. Brothers Ahmad and Moe were very patient with us and worked with us to fix the problems.. We felt very at ease with the purchase. She loves her car and we feel that she got a very good deal. The brothers were great to work with. We highly recommend them.
