This store has consistently been fantastic with customer service and selection! Recently purchased online and chose this location for purchase and delivery. Got the wrong Traeger but speaking with staff about the online purchase and mishap was great. Employees brought the correct order with some goodies with exceptional services less than 24 later. Craig and Garrett really made my experience and wknd exceptional! Thank you ACE of Mile High

Ace has friendly and helpful employees actively greeting and checking in to be sure I get what I'm looking for. I go here first before checking out H.D. or Lowe's because those stores either don't have any employees working or not enough employees scheduled. Plus I hate self checkout and Ace always has a cashier on staff.

Craig is awesome. We had purchased a new Weber grill from here and got it home and noticed some dents/scratches from the manufacturing process. Called in and Craig had it set up that we got a new grill and he handled the rest for us. I cant speak to the rest of the delivery team that was honestly rude and almost not helpful at all when I called in. Giving 5 starts to Craig and 1 to his peers for their poor attitude.

Kris is Amazing I broke my knee scooter and he was able to fix it in a matter of minutes so I could get around with my broken leg. I truly appreciate the work that he has done for me today. He treated me with respect dignity and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you kris

After trying to get my keys cut at another ace, and was told to come here, drove out of my way to do so, and was informed that they can’t cut them due to contracting rules. I appreciate wasting my time and gas! Thanks so much!

It was a little busy but staff was around and very helpful. Helped me find what I needed. Also was able to check out easily and quickly. Recommend over other places.

Robert was very unhelpful and would not quit smoking a cigarette around me. Nor would the other guys working in the back. It was like a smoking lounge. I ask for them not to smoke around me. That seemed way to much to ask.

There is always just 1 woman at a time there on the register and the 2 I know from seeing regularly are so helpful! And they remember me, they are very kind and thoughtful.Way more helpful than any of the men just standing around and saying, "uhhhhhh" while they pretend to look around if you ask them for help.

There is a huge selection of tools and hardware here. If any other hardware store doesn't have it Ace will. I particularly appreciate the wide array of tools, ranging from simple drills to taps and dies. I also come here for cleaning chemicals that are less common. This location also boasts a fair garden section, kitchen area, and a helpful lineup of automotve products. This is the only location I can find that sells BG automotive products as well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and help as often as possible. If I lived closer I would frequent the store more for my projects.

Joey and Craig are amazing! They helped me find the fastners that I needed to put the desk back together and even went so far as to assemble it to make sure they had the right ones! Highly recommend going to this Ace.
