Lady at the window lied to me. Came early, she said can't check in till 2 hours before appointment. Told me to check in @ 1500 hrs. Get to the wondow at 1500, has a pre-printed sign for 1545. Unprofessional.You got to park illegally on the street, that's very limited. Overall, poorly ran system

I loved working in the freezer!!!!.... And mind you, I've been to gigs before thru an agency that required some blistering hands, hauling re- bars, 180 pound kegs down a wooden stairs, and dead trees at some construction site for a minimum wage....It was almost kind of like Mile Hi was handing us free money, really.......I also loved the bakery house. So much bread is wasted there but then I heard that you guys would donate them to the farms to feed the pigs... Pigs are good. Swine makes you fine, HASHTAG......... Was one of the Temps that smelled of Patchouli.And also, and P.S. note. Whatever happened to these anyways?????.... You guys should bring them back! Okthanks.

This place loves to waste your time. I had an appointment for 1700. I called the day prior to see if I could unload early they said yes. I showed up at 1045. The woman in receiving stated the schedule was too tight to for me to come in early. Which didn’t make sense because there was literally no one waiting to check in and no trucks in the docks. She stated to come back at 330. The entire time I sat there parked on the street not a single truck came in or out of the facility (there is only one way in and one way out). At 1450 I decided to go talk to the woman cause this was absurd to waste someone’s time like that for no reason. Such a shocker (NOT) the receiving office was empty with the light turned off. And a sign saying come back at 1545. Why would you waste someone’s time like that? We don’t get paid by the hour. First and last time coming to this place.

Street parking available for overnight. Restroom is available when receiving office is open. Just ask. Amy in receiving office is very pleasant and helpful.Do NOT go into yard gate before checking in. Park in street. They seem to assign live unload trucks to dock 20 or 21, which are ez access, SL back.Unhook your read airline after docking, so they can add their lock. Paperwork will be brought to you after unload is completed.My second time here. Good experience both times.

Their driver 6610 was blatantly blocking intersections. This cause other people to not be able to cross or go around. Please talk to your drivers about not blocking intersections. This is safety hazard.

Arrived at 0530 for 0600 appt. Parked on the road and walked the paperwork up to the door by door 1 and checked in with the office lady. She came out to get me in the truck when my door was ready and broke the bolt seal for me. Immediately had the guy come out to put red air lock on and I’m being unloaded. Should be in and out

I’ve been here twice before I was able to check in early 5-6 hours early.well today they decide to change the rules. I cannot check in until 345 for my 4 PM appointment wasn’t to be unloaded early just asking to check in give you my paperwork just in case we have an opening they have been but going downhill.

I gave them 5 stars because the lady at the receiving office was accommodating & whoever she spoke to take my load. I was a day early and i told her that and they unloaded me in an about 25 minutes.

Better than average receiver. Overnight parking on street. There would be plenty of street parking, but there were literally 20 trailers parked on both sides of street.PARK ON STREET. WALK TO RECEIVING OFFICE. THEY WILL BREAK SEAL AND ASSIGN DOOR

Friendly staff. Park. Run upstairs and give them paperwork. It's a small place, so try to park out of the way of the dock area. Make it easy for trucks to get in and out. The person will come out and cut your seal and give you a door. Don't be too early. They are just like anyone else, really. Expect to be there two hours. You will have plenty of room to maneuver if no one parks in the area... but usually, it never fails, someone does. I didn't see any bathrooms. I would deliver here again. Not too bad. No overnight.

Semi driver delivered to Pueblo McDonald's 81006 and chose to almost take out several vehicles in the McDonald's parking lot. He was less then half inch away from taking out the back of my truck while I waited for my food in space 2 while my daughter 2yrs old and I, 7 months pregnant waited in my truck. No care in the world he went out of the parking lot the wrong way and didn't stop for pedestrians or vehicles this guy shouldn't be driving this big vehicle. Huge danger to others. I have sent an email and called left messages for this company and no response for my complaint Im in shock no one would immediately address this but hey if their drivers drive like this I'm sure the owners can care less. This location in 81006 is the worst McDonald's in the pueblo area thier services are so bad but yet we continue to go thier in hopes it would change but never does. Then this happened its just another reason I have no faith in humanity.

Got here an hour Late due to a storm and they are making me wait 3 hours as of typing this. No trucks have pulled in and I’ve seen about 3 or 4 pull out. They told me someone would come out to inform me on whats the next step but 3 hours later Nothing.

Took me a day early, much appreciated. Fast unload once I was assigned a dock. Lady on early shift was extremely nice, lady on late shift was harsh or they would have been a 5 star.

ON A JB HUNT LOAD DELIVERING TO MILE HI, DENVER, CO. GOT THERE A DAY EARLIER AT 7.13 PM ON THE 9TH. THEY TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY. I GO NEXT DAY AT 9.30 AM. MY APPOINTMENT IS FOR 10AM. AMY AT RECEIVING. GRABS AND PULLS THE PAPERWORK FROM MY HANDS. TELLS ME I AM LATE. LONG STORY SHORT. BECAUSE OF HER. I LOST THE WHOLE WEEKEND SITTING IN MY TRUCK LIKE A DOG. I PRAY GOD APPLIES HIS JUSTICE TO HER. ON TOP OF THAT SHE PARKED HER CAR IN HANDICAPPED PARKING. TAKE A BODY CAM WITH YOU IF YOU ARE DELIVERING THERE. SHE ALSO LIED TO JB HUNT THAT I WAS RUDE WITH HER. SO MUCH TO SAY BUT THIS IS ENOUGH. NOW THE WORLD WILL KNOW ABOUT HER AND MILE HI. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE. I AM THE ONLY TRUCK HERE AND THEY ARE NOT UNLOADING ME. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL. GOD YOU ARE GREAT, PLEASE TAKE CARE ...
