I was in need of a car, I heard good things about Subaru. So I headed down to my local dealer, with my daughter. I was greeted by a young man, he was pleasant, I think his name was Eric. He told me he was new. Which I appreciate the honesty. However we got transferred over to an older man named Keith. He kept imposing his politics and religion on us. We don't mind, however I was here to purchase a vehicle not debate about the president. He kept looking at my daughter, keep in mind she is a minor, It made me feel uncomfortable. Looking back I should have left sooner. Or even spoke to a manager about it. He even prayed for us at the end. Which again, is not the time or place for that. We are completing a transaction here. He is very unprofessional and unnerving, I wouldn't feel comfortable my daughter in the same room as him alone. The only saving grace is that Eric was very kind, I hope that he doesn't have to stick around with that man for long. Overall a dissatisfactory visit, other than Eric, he was kind and easy to deal with.

Unimpressed with Jose and unprofessional sales. Car posted on Facebook marketplace for $2000. Called to come see and purchase, says that is down payment, which is not how posting cost of car works and no cost listed. Told I should have read notes (only in Spanish) to find out just a down payment and no cost listed. Told him that was unhelpful. Reply was "wah wah wah". I would not suggest working with them if this is their professional practice.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Outback at Mike Shaw Subaru in Thornton. We initially intended to just look at the new models that day, because we were only in the "thinking about it" stage. Alex Comar greeted us when we came in, and took us around to look at the 2024 Outback models they had in stock. We ended up taking one for a test drive. He had us drive down a very bumpy road to demonstrate how smooth the ride was, and how well the car performed in adverse conditions. Although it was the end of a busy day, Alex took lots of time explaining all the features that are different from our previous Outback. He really knows the products. Later, he drove us over to their storage lot so we could look at cars in colors we were considering. We spent quite a long time deciding which one we liked best. Through all this, Alex remained friendly and helpful. Eventually, it became obvious that we really did want to purchase the car that day. The process was long and involved, but Alex was extremely professional and pleasant throughout. He never made us feel pressured or rushed, and we really appreciated that! We highly recommend Alex Comar for your next Subaru purchase. He was great!

I recently moved to Denver and wanted to have a new car lined up when I arrived. Alex Comar did an amazing job helping me locate & land the perfect car for me! He was super responsive throughout the Sales process & also flexible so that I could afford the car I truly wanted. When I picked it up, Alex did a great job introducing me to the car (a lot of technology was new to me) & giving me great tips so that I'd have the best experience possible driving off the lot. If you're in the market for a Subaru then go see Jeremy Potts at Mike Shaw Subaru. He is personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. He made our vehicle shopping experience easy and we walked away happy in our new Forester Wilderness!

Where to start... ok with sales, I was illegally sold with tied selling during the financing process. This means they said my interest rate would be lower if I bought their extended warranty. I did not know at the time so my mistake. Item two, when getting my tires rotated (which I bought from there) two lug nuts went missing and my vehicle was returned to me in this condition. Item three, when getting my oil changed the plug in the pan was incorrectly sealed causing it to fail. Items two and three were rectified by the service department once I brought it to their attention but my issue is both of these are serious safety issues that should have been recognized before returning the vehicle to me. I just wouldn't go here. Too much deception coupled with ineptitude.

Seems fine and all, but they will screw you. Have your defenses up! For example, they tried to make me buy an air filter. I declined, and checked. It looked brand new. They tried to charge $60. It costs $20 and takes 60 seconds to replace. Defenses up.

Society relys on basic rules to survive. However one sales person there cannot seem to understand these. Alejandra could not seem to keep her eyes off my husband. She does not seem to understand boundaries. The next problem is that she dresses like she is going to the club. Its hardly professional... Unless you work on colfax. Everyone else seemed to dress professionally. We left without purchasing, I assume you can understand why.

I came here for an oil change and I will say it was an incredibly easy process with an appointment. Rolled up to the service garage and they took me in right away. There are snacks and beverages in the waiting room and great internet for me to continue working while I waited for my car. It was Extremely comfortable and I wanted to give a shout-out to Wallace Pettengill. He took my car, completed everything with ease and came and got me when all was done. Customer service was great. This location informed me of my options if they saw anything abnormal but didn't pressure me to get additional services or require fixes now and charged me later. I've had bad experiences at other oil change locations with my other car where I would get up charged. Not the case here. This location and working with Wallace was great. They were very informative and I would definitely come here again for future inspections.
