I bought a 1 TB SATA SSD and a 4 TB hard drive from here. I also got an RX 550 but that one failed but I have the montec case the air 100 model. Worst customer service on the planet- despite having purchased 3 laptops from them over the last 12 years. I’ve had nothing but problems with them clearly! Most recently, the laptop I purchased in December (less than 6 months ago) has a dead battery post error. They don’t have the replacement battery in stock and would need to keep it for a week to repair? I have a business to run. This was my second time bringing it in for repairs in the 6 months since I bought it. No offer of a free repair, or discounted replacement due to the ridiculous time frame. I can’t wait a week to start working or borrow my husband’s laptop when he works from home. I am not giving them any more of my business. Very disappointed!

Built my first gaming pc and got the parts from here: The man who helped me was middle aged possibly of Asian or Hispanic decent and was amazing and getting me everything I needed and helped me save some money. The build went great. They had every single part I needed and was cheaper than getting them all online.

I'm at work. It's a Tuesday, around noon. I need a semi-specific computer item (thermal paste, specific argb cables, whatever) that is available on Amazon, same-day shipping, and will be there by the time I get home. Or I can wait til I get off, fight traffic for 30-45 mins, and go to Micro Center. I'm choosing Micro Center every time. Actually a better selection than Amazon on a lot of items, and the staff is the best.Going back later to find out what I don't know I need.

Always friendly here, came here to build our computers and then got a nice Logitech mouse tonight. Calvin helped us out and talked us into the warranty which is great because we game HARD lol. He knew everything, explained the warranty briefly, made the process really simple, emailed us all the deets & was awesome in general! Thanks!!

Forget the Lego Store. This is my new favorite place to shop. (Joke aside, I love this store and hope to see the day you guys overtake Best Buy as the best-stocked computer part store with the best deals you can find anywhere, and I fully intend to continue shopping here for my personal and professional equipment.

I've always had a good experience at micro center, wether it's here in Denver or Cleveland,OH or Atlanta,GA great stores with good selection and friendly staff. I try to stop in every now and then to grab a RasPi(as they are one of the few places that have them stocked) or misc hardware for a project they are great. lots of 3D printing hardware too. I've gotten my last couple of laptops here(get the warranty they'll repair or replace locally and it's great) and have had good experiences with that as well

I always buy my electronic products at Microcenter Denver. I'm old school and like talking directly to a real person. Additionally, I know when I swipe my card that I'm getting the actual product, not some re-packaged online junk from Turdistan. I know that the battery is new and legit. There's so much crap and fraud online with electronics, I hope Microcenter stays open forever. I don't mind paying a small premium to get quality products. Additionally, talking to the guys at the store, they always give me good advice - better than any online review. I usually leave the store with some better product or better ideas after talking with the sales associates. It's also a lot of fun to sci-fi daydream in the store, thinking in 30 years, they'll have warp drive parts and flux capacitors and so on for sale also.

While the people I spoke with in person were nice enough, the quality of the service leaves much to be desired. After the two day diagnostics period, I received a message stating that the reason for my laptop’s inability to charge was because there was an issue with the battery. So I gave the affirmative for them to install the new part. After a week of waiting and several phone calls, I get notified that my laptop has been repaired and that I can come pick it up. I end up needing to return the day after as the problem was not solved, and after getting to the front desk, I spent less than 5 minutes with the employee who discovered that it was in fact a charger issue rather than a battery problem. Meaning that I effectively waisted $100 on a part I did not need. The only saving grace of this entire experience being that I was not charged extra for further diagnosing
