I regret that I have to leave this review because my experience was mostly positive until a mistake by the dealership that cost me hundreds of dollars. I purchased a used car with AB’s help and I love the car and have had no problems with it. The problem came when I went to register my car and the DMV informed me that the dealership had collected around $700 in taxes which they had no right to collect and that I would have to pay those taxes again at the DMV. The DMV advised me that the dealership should return that money. I contacted AB several times and never received a response. Even if I wasn’t going to get my money back I would have at least appreciated a response. Michael Auto Sales effectively stole just under $700 from me.

Also I just received my registration and temporary license plate 18 months after purchase. Temporary plate in the mail already expired for 14 months.

Warning ‼️ do not buy a car from these scammers my car broke down everyday since the day I bought it more details to come I’m going to post all the text messages from a AB and issues with the Jeep grand Cherokee I bought.
It has electrical issues, the AC went out they had my Jeep for two weeks and pretended to fix it and they just had it sitting in their shop. They tied the ac cooling unit on with a zip tie and zip tied the bumper instead of buying the correct clips the also used a nail to help keep the bumper on.
Do not buy from these people you will instantly regret it

We bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue from AB and team. Because we had limited time to find a good used car, we quickly stopped by a few of the dealerships on Colfax. Michael Auto Sales had the cleanest best value vehicles by far. A great selection whether you are looking for a sedan or an SUV, very impressive. Our sales person was AB, he was very professional, friendly and fast! The BEST aspect of this company was how they supported us after the sale when a check engine light came on after only a few days..they resolved the issue with no push back. If we ever need to buy another vehicle in Denver, we will absolutely be stopping at Michael Auto Sales first!!! Thanks AB and the Mechanical team- you are a bunch of good apples!

Me and my friend had gone to three other unseemly dealerships before we chose Michael’s as a last ditch effort. Ab, the salesman, met us outside, introduced himself and asked us what sort of vehicle we were looking for/what price range. He then led us inside and showed us and elaborated on each vehicle that could be a fit for us. He was incredibly informative and as honest as a used car salesman can be, he was a calming presence and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we chose! I really can’t stress enough what a positive and encouraging experience this was not to mention how patient they were with our million questions. Thanks Ab! You rock! ?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, SAFE YOUR MONEY!!!I am writing a honest review from my own experienceIt is a shame i can not give them minus -10000, so people would never buy from them. the dealership of scammers !! everyone who works there and i mean everyone is a scammer!! I got scammed in the horrible way possible!!! read this first!!! i have all of the documentation, video, photo and audio proof up on request!!! Before you buy from scammers like this particular dealership, I beg of you read this first!!! this review can safe you money and being scam by the worth dealership in Colorado, yes, i mean the worth dealership in state of Colorado!!! UNFORTUNATELY I bought a car from them in March of this year (2023), spend 12k on the car {THAT TILL TODAY CAN NOT GET EMISSION TEST} , and oh boy do I regret it!!! When i bought a car same day i had a "check engine" and "low tire pressure" came up. the first day!!!! Next morning my car would not start, when i called the place and i was dealing with person named ab and he told me he will have his stuff and when he got back to me, he said that they will fix it, but they have to follow the "protocol", anyway to make whole thing shorter, we are in October now and my car never passed a emission test, I was stack to pay for Axel Fix or should i say it did for them when they they illegally reset the "check engine" ligth and next day, just think next day when i went it faild, they "tried to fix" catalytic converters and axle 4 times holding my car for a week and a half each time, my car still did notpass the emission test, catalytic converters cost almost $4000 to fix, i left with almost $2000 for all of the diagnostic papers and repairs so far. I filed in a Small Court case for them and contacted Denver News, and hoping that NO ONE ELSE would make same mistake as me and buy from them!!!! not even a pack of sugar should not be bought from them it would be something wrong with is guaranty!!! I wish that all that they did to me it will comeback to them handful!!! if anyone need prove that I tell the truth please reach out i will gladly provide it to them!!! I have 3 hours of videos of them scamming me and claiming that they had to work on my car for 2 weeks, knowing this is the ONLY car I have that was working!!!! After I picked up my car and watched the footage I was shocked and wrote them a demand letter, but they think they are invisible!!! I want and will TAKE THEM DOWN LEGAL WAY AND BY PROVIDING ALL OF THE EVIDENCE THAT I HAVE AGAINST THEM AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THE CUSTOMERS!!! I hope one day them and their family will come across and will be treated the way they treated me!!! I will take it to Facebook and other Social sites!!!

Bought A Hyundai Santa Fe from them in aug of 2020 had multiple recalls which legally they’re responsible for taking care of they failed to do so and didn’t make me aware of any recalls like the early knock sensor and only after my motor started knocking is when I was told about the recall and Michael will not take care of it as they should by law crooks stay away
